It is close to the center of Stockholm: only 2 stops from the central stration by subway. It was cold at nght and the room was too small. More importan, the staff couldn't find my booking information. Were they working seriously at the front of the hotel?

Location, although not so close to public transport. Design of the rooms, although more hanging facilities (wall hooks) missing, Especially in the entrace/hallway. Small but nice bathrooms except wall shelves are too small, too few for 2 people and not straight to put things on. New nice open Reception, Bar and Restaurant area. Good food, both breakfast and dinner. Free wi-fi. Reading light is not sufficient by the beds. Pls see hooks and shelves above.

Visited family and friends in different parts of Stockholm. Looked at location compared to price and this time it was unbeatable. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The hassle with the key getting demagnetized!

The staff were very helpful. The room/toilet decor was beautiful, cool and Nordic. We arrived 2 hour before our check in time- our room was not ready, but the receptionist managed to find us another room instead.

Frankly, almost nothing. We liked what we saw on internet and the reviews were good, that's why we booked. Personnel is reasonably friendly, even if the ones at the bar seemed a tad unprepared. Unfortunately it was a bad experience: - The room was very, very cold. The heating system didn't work. We reported the problem and we were given an electric heater, so small that it didn't make any difference at all. We ended up asking for additional blankets but of course anything outside of the bed was still freezing. - The bathroom was one of the smallest I experienced in a Swedish hotel. The shelves, towel holders, etc. were so inconveniently placed that our toiletries got soaked when we had a shower. We kept bumping our heads and other parts of our bodies on the washbasin as, again, the space was really reduced by a 4 star hotel standard in Sweden. - The bar / restaurant is not at all prepared to served anything more than a sandwrich outside of normal lunch or dinner hours. My wife has a gluten intolerance problem and they couldn't even guarantee that the peanuts were gluten-free. We had to cross the street over to the gas station to get some snacks that we could eat with our glass of wine (call that a late lunch). - I travel a lot, have lived in Stockholm and stayed both as a tourist and for business reasons several times. I would say that this was probably the worst value for money that I experienced so far.

The staff are wonderful. They couldn't have been more charming At the time of our stay (September 2011) this hotel was under renovation but this was not mentioned and certainly not reflected in the price. Be aware this is a basic business hotel, with no frills. It is clean and efficient but it is not a luxury hotel unless your idea of luxury is a lot of plywood built-in furniture. Our rooms were in the newly refurbished, complete with a picture of the architect and a description of the design rationale. Plywood = modern and clean apparently. Clean and efficient, but over-priced.

Very friendly and considerate staff. Location is great as it is tucked away a little but within reasonable distance to Hötorget and Rådmansgatan. Lots of shops and cafes. Last but not the least, the details to design were impressive. There is no taxi stand nearby. So plan on booking the taxi the night before if you have a morning schedule as the wait can be up to 45mins.
