Easy parking safe garage under hotel. Well appointed, modern room OK breakfast Price Elevators could be troublesome. Quite a walk to Stockholms main tourist sites

the hospitality at the hotel is very generous. Breakfast and WiFi are included in the room price. fruits may be found in various locations. I left at 5:30AM for a flight. the previous night, on checking out, i was offered a breakfast to go although breakfast starts only at 6:30AM. it is the little things that makes the difference for a great stay.

The breakfast buffet was nice. Good opportunities to work in hotel room, outlets easy accessible at desk. Nice, newly renovated lobby. Room was quite boring. It was described as a "design-room", but a picture or two on the walls wouldn't have hurt. The sound-proofing was not so good, noise from the hallway outside traveled easy through the door.

The hotel is excellent compared to the money I paid. The room has ironing facilities, hair dryer, couch, big TV, water boiler, tea and nescafe which are not always available in many hotels. The room is really clean, I felt as if I am the first one to occupy it. Nice breakfast and nice food. Although this hotel may be one of the best I ever visited, it has a problem with heating. It was very cold. However, the reception can provide an extra electrical heater for free. Also, what annoyed me is that there is a building next to the hotel undergoing maintenance and that what a bit noisy in the morning.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Excellent facilities, breakfast selection, and a reasonable location. Very comfortable beds. Overall, an excellent experience/ A slight shame that the refurbishment work that was taking place had to start at 8.30 in the morning, but we were forewarned in part.

Location and price The WiFi internet is the slowess you can find. Nearly impossible even to use for basic emailing. Not even as good as a dial-in connection from 10 years ago...

It is close to the center of Stockholm: only 2 stops from the central stration by subway. It was cold at nght and the room was too small. More importan, the staff couldn't find my booking information. Were they working seriously at the front of the hotel?

The staff were very helpful. The room/toilet decor was beautiful, cool and Nordic. We arrived 2 hour before our check in time- our room was not ready, but the receptionist managed to find us another room instead.
