Słabe wyposażenie pokoju, pusta lodówka (barek) w łazience tylko mydło, za miękkie łóżka, (jedno łóżko złożone z dwóch małych czyli niewygodne, śniadanie słabe, cena bardzo wysoka a jakość bardzo przeciętna

water drain in the shower was closed, but they fixed it.

Rooms were clean and hotel well located. Breakfast was excellent and staff happy to fill our flask with hot water whenever we asked.

Unable to check in until 4pm, arrived at 1.30, long ime to keep luggage as nowhere to store until bar opened.

The rooms were modern & clean . The food at the bar was very good.The staff could speak very good english.

The hotel has no reception.Guests walk around & around the shopping centre trying to find the reception. The hotel reception is in the bar that only opens at 4pm. If you arrive in the morning you have no where to leave your luggage while you walk around the town waiting for the bar to open. It would be nice to have a kettle in each room to make the odd cup of coffee , especially as the bar only opens at 4pm .

The location is great, in the center of kiruna The Bedrooms are confortable The bishop pub is excelent and great food too.

No reception. The reception is the bar of the bishop pub.

Convenient location. Nice facilities as a room. Good breakfast. Bar food was not bad and came quite quickly.

Not really fair to describe it as a hotel, more a pub with rooms nearby (over local shopping mall). No means of checking in or leaving baggage safe until pub opened at 4 - not convenient when only available public transport (plane and train) arrives much earlier. No tea/coffee making facilities in room/accommodation area (I'm told this is normal for Sweden but it isn't for anywhere else!)

Great location with pub attached. Breakfast was great. Clean rooms. Close to airport shuttle bus and tours. Staff were friendly and very helpful with dinner reservations and tours as we hadn't booked and all tours were full.

Rooms are small. Bed duvets were thin and pillows were very flat. Had to wait around for pub to open to check in.

We stayed at the Bishops Arms after two nights in the Ice Hotel. We wanted to stay centrally in Kiruna before heading out to stay in a wilderness camp. We were attracted to the Bishops Arms because it was a bit different, seemed more personal and was good value. Its a themed pub with rooms with great food and selection of beers and whiskies. The reviews said it was very clean, comfortable and good value and it was everything we had hoped for. In particular pub food was very good, limited menu but beautifully presented, just what you would expect in a gastro pub. We would certainly recommend it as a base to explore the area.

The Hotel was clean, good value, suitably located, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I went to try and see the Northern Lights but sadly they remained elusive but as I was only there for two nights I probably did'nt give myself enough time.

It has a very nice restaurant and bar with classy decorations. Beautiful!

Their computer had some problem and we could not get into their room the next morning..

Modern clean comfortable rooms. Nearby shops and restaurants and bars. Walking distance to an excellent perhaps the best restaurant in Kiruna (Camp Ripan) cozy and warm.

The smell of used or rancid cooking oil permeated throughtout the hotel bar. Very unappealing and unappetizing.

Great place to stay in Kiruna, couple of minutes walking to city center. There is a nice bar downstairs. Friendly people and nice breakfast..

Being English, I felt right at home with the cosy,dark wood-and-comfy chair decor. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The Bishop Arms is Kiruna is a relaxing place to stay and is in a good location. i was impressed and enjoyed my stay there.

I can think of nothing negative to say about the Bishop Arms Kiruna.

Everything except...

Booking in at 4 pm when the train arrives at 12.30 shows an unsatisfactory level of service. To improve this aspect, an earlier booking in time could be offered or, at least, a room to store luggages so that customers can enjoy the city without being heavily loaded with luggages and bags.

'Staff' were the bar staff. A little difficult to get assistance if needed...

Great location in the centre of town. Warm comfortable room and beds, friendly helpful staff, free WIFI in rooms & excellent breaksfast options. Also very handy for evening meals. Excellent value & service
