Pierre was awesome..he really gives wonderful customer service. The kitchen was well appointed and appreciated. Room was sparkling clean but sparten.

Close to airport, quiet place, nice responsive stuff

The staff was very polite.

A room and bathroom was a little small, however it has a large and comfort bed so I slept well. Free internet, free parking, 7-10 minutes car drive to Arlanda airport.

I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs outside, only to notice later that I could have gone the other way where there was a ramp.

The hotel staff was quite amiable

From the hotel's advert on this site. I was informed that there would be a shuttle service to the airport. And this was the sole reason why I booked the hotel. But on arrival this was not the case. Considering that I had a lot of luggage and the inconvinence I had while trying to get to the airport. I wouldn't call this a smart deal as opposed to what was indicated on this site... I was also move from a single bed standard room to a double bed room and this room was still very very small

Nice personal, moore than friendly, the help us a lot with our travel information. The room was clean,nice decoration, you've got a kitchen with everything...

The hotel is far away from everything, and it's spensive. For those prices you can have a luxury room in most of the coutries in Europe.

Right in road. Could almost detect which radio stations Were being played in passing cars.

Covienient to Arlanda

I stayed at the hotel en route to Borlange - the staff couldn't have been more helpful and booked our onward train journey for us - breakfast was very welcome and all ready in the fridge for us. The location was excellent and just a downhill walk to Mastra station - the gardens were very pretty and I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again - we travel to Borlange each year for a sports tournament. Good value for money.

Near to the airport, cost effective, walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Facilities were poor, some work was being carried out in different parts of the hotel, breakfast was a bag in the fridge, clean but a little strange, no-one on the reception desk, phone to connect
