I liked the entrance / reception area and the decor in the room. The staff were very pleasant but seemed stressed especially around breakfast time. The standard should have been higher for a 3star hotel. Did not enjoy fixing the pluming in the shower as it was completely blocked and the water nearly ran into the room. Or that we had to put electrical tape around the shower hose as it had split and was spraying water in all directions. Also expected a queen size bed to have one mattress and not two singles put together, especially as that and the location was the reason we booked Hotel Hansson. We did get a 900SEK discount which I thought was poor considering my excellent plumbing skills!!! :) |

From point of view style the hotel is really beautiful, a nice mix between old fashioned style and modern style. Moreover it is situated in a nice area with a lot of small shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. |

Friendly and expert help in finding my way to work. Nice breakfast facilities. The doormat at the room entrance is life threatening. It is not difficult to imagine that someone will slip in the dark. Surprisingly, there was no free wireless internet. |

A lot of supermarkets and cafes not far from the hotel. Easy to reach city center, good transport location. May be a little bit cold in the room. And you can have a shower only with small water head, otherwise bathroom will be full of water. |

The location is ok. And the staffs are kind and friendly. The room is terrible. I found large holes on the wall in my room. The lobby was lovely and it seems to be a pretty hotel. But once you go to the guest floor, your feeling will be completely changed. They have to reconstranct the room. |

Nearly perfectly situated, city centre and business meeting within the range of a short walk, underground Radmansgatan nearby, trains every three to four minutes, nicely renovated room, comfortable queen-sized bed, good breakfast buffet, think the best value for less than 100 Euros in central Stockholm, if you book on short notice small room, no table |

Very friendly and helpful staff, suitable hotel location, free Internet access for short time in case of need It will be better to enhance bathroom ventilation system, to improve the room sound insulation if possible, to change lamps which are out of order, to provide hot food for breakfast |

Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. If I didn't know better I would have thought that she was hitting on me. Nice, quiet location only 3-5 minutes from the city centre by T-bana. Modern furnishing made the room very aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The wireless internet instructions are highly deceiving. I bought 60 minutes of access, used about 10 minutes of it, and then was pleasantly surprised when I found an "End Session" button, thinking that it would save the rest of my minutes for another time. Wrong. I logged back in ~45 minutes later to find my credit down to <5 minutes. What is the point of ending the session if it doesn't do anything? |

I did not like anything in this hotel. It has been the worst hotel I have ever been. I can say the staff in the reception were friendly. The rrom was not ready when we arrived. We stayed 2 nights and they din not clean our room. They had garbage in the elevators. The dirty sheet from the floor was standing by the door of our room for many hours. The hotel was not 4 stars as you said. They say 3 stars hotel. It was too expensive for its facilities |

Half of the rooms are renovated and really nice, but the rest of them are old, not so clean, with many flaws (cracks on the walls, doors that do not lock etc). The main problem is that you pay the same money for both of them! I found it unacceptable! |

The hotel staff was really nice and after the renovation is over the hotel will look really fancy aswell. It was a 5 min walk to the nearest metrostation Rådmansgatan and there were couple of local grocery stores (ICA) right around the corner. Hotel room was ok, but outdated. For example there was no socket in the bath room. |

It has an elegant entrance. There are cafe style tables outside. Clean rooms and very nice receptionist. Breakfast is served next to the reception area and dining tables are cramped right in front of the reception which makes breakfast quite an unprivate experience. There were a few people sitting and eating at the reception desk. I agree with the reviewer who had problems with continuous food supply at the buffet. It is a small buffet with limitations. Room was small but nice and clean. |
