Hotel Hansson

I liked the entrance / reception area and the decor in the room. The staff were very pleasant but seemed stressed especially around breakfast time.

The standard should have been higher for a 3star hotel. Did not enjoy fixing the pluming in the shower as it was completely blocked and the water nearly ran into the room. Or that we had to put electrical tape around the shower hose as it had split and was spraying water in all directions. Also expected a queen size bed to have one mattress and not two singles put together, especially as that and the location was the reason we booked Hotel Hansson. We did get a 900SEK discount which I thought was poor considering my excellent plumbing skills!!! :)

From point of view style the hotel is really beautiful, a nice mix between old fashioned style and modern style. Moreover it is situated in a nice area with a lot of small shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Easy access to the subway and close to KTH

Downstairs was renovated and really nice, the rooms seems to be a bit older.

It is cheap

The Internet description do not match the room I expected - two additional beds in Family room were transportable an not confortable (some parts does out during a sleep time - brr...)

Excellent location close to subway/underground stations. Very friendly staff. Breakfast of good standard.

Room standard and cleaning services could be improved.

Location is close to KTH and conveneint to T-Bana station Odensplan and Technisk Hogskolan. Both are about 8-15 minutes walk away

I received an upgrade and ended up in a nice, large room. I had really value for money.

It will be better to enhance bathroom ventilation system, to improve the room sound insulation if possible, to change lamps which are out of order, to provide hot food for breakfast

Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. If I didn't know better I would have thought that she was hitting on me. Nice, quiet location only 3-5 minutes from the city centre by T-bana. Modern furnishing made the room very aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable.

The wireless internet instructions are highly deceiving. I bought 60 minutes of access, used about 10 minutes of it, and then was pleasantly surprised when I found an "End Session" button, thinking that it would save the rest of my minutes for another time. Wrong. I logged back in ~45 minutes later to find my credit down to <5 minutes. What is the point of ending the session if it doesn't do anything?

Half of the rooms are renovated and really nice, but the rest of them are old, not so clean, with many flaws (cracks on the walls, doors that do not lock etc). The main problem is that you pay the same money for both of them! I found it unacceptable!

It has an elegant entrance. There are cafe style tables outside. Clean rooms and very nice receptionist.

Breakfast is served next to the reception area and dining tables are cramped right in front of the reception which makes breakfast quite an unprivate experience. There were a few people sitting and eating at the reception desk. I agree with the reviewer who had problems with continuous food supply at the buffet. It is a small buffet with limitations. Room was small but nice and clean.
