The reception staff were helpful. Secure, underground parking was available and reasonably priced. Very tired looking and greatly in need of refurbishment. Communal areas utilitarian and unwelcoming. |

The location is perfect, close to the water and town square. Room was small but the beds are comfortable.Good breakfast. Good bar in lobby. Loved the stained glass wndows and antique chairs. Carpet looked worn in some spots. |

breakfast, and attitude of staff when I complained about a noisy room, caused by a student graduation ball right under my room...the young and student- receptionist was very co-operative and helpful and managed to find an alternative room away from the noise the noise coming from the ballroom below, and the fact that were only showers and no baths in the very small bathrooms |

Huone oli riittävän iso ja tilava. Lisävuode tehtiin kahden istuttavasta sohvasta, sekin oli hyvä. Lisävuoteiden varaus ei ollut mennyt perille, mutta ripeä vastaanottovirkailija hoiti homman käden käänteessä. Lisävuodteen pohja oli 'lievästi' retkahtanut. Joutui nukkumaan lähes pää alaspäin. :-( |

Wir bekammen 2 wirklich gute Zimmer.Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.Freundliches Personal. Reservierung hat präziese funktioniert. Keine eigenen Parkplätze.Strasse vor dem Hotel sollte nachts gesperrt werden!!! |

Mycket bra service på hotellet samt Puben mycket trevlig personal och väldigt god mat.Frukosten var helt okey men det skulle finnas lite större utbud. Nä det var inget som störde oss i våran grupp på 8 personer som bara tackar och bockar. |
