Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
Comfort; modern design; breakfast
The increased price ( +- 20% extra ) because of a large trekking event that was happening at the time of my stay.
- clean - cosy - eco-friendly - super menu-food
- wi-fi wasn't available at the time for technical reasons in the cabins - expensive
good staff breakfast
mosquitoes won't let you sleep if u opened the window
Great breakfast. Lots of activities for children.
Arrived on the overnight train from Stockholm. Camp Ripan minibus charges taxi rates to collect you from the central square and airport but was not available. The long uphill walk to the resort is tough going with bags. Waited 5 hrs for our room which is available at 4pm even though check-out is at 11 am! Very hot and stuffy in summer with tiny windows - particularly in the bunk bed room. Also extremely busy in the pool area. Defiantly a place best suited for winter guests.
The breakfast buffet is great.
The space of the cabin is too small for 4.
Great looks, recently redecorated, all we needed to feed, wash and support out family. Free pool was a bonus, very nice breakfast, great parking and decent playgrounds.
The bunk beds missed any security features on the upper bunk, leaving it unused for our stay. Furthermore, the cabin gave an impression of being adapted to serve the need of winter tourists, as we stayed during high (and hot) summer we suffered from no ventilation (the large windows would not open, only smaller ones) , no a/c and not a single fan to be found.
a nice room - 2 rooms for the group of 5.. Buffet Breakfast was great..
Really costly night..
There was lots to do that delighted our grandson.
The toilet leaked making a puddle on the bathroom floor. We had already called for a repair, so we just left that one alone. Sorry, I forgot to report it at the time.
Chalet was clean and modern but small. Reception and breakfast were very good.
kitchen area was very cramped, and outlook from chalet was poor. Site was a bit scruffy and pool area closed.
Nice little cabins, efficient
Spa wasn't included, I'm sure summer season must be better
-- the restaurant - the food is quite good and prepared thoughtfully. it is expensive but don't forget you're in Sweden :) -- the breakfast - several options including eggs, good bread, different types of cereals and even pancakes :) and a nice view over the patio completely covered in snow :) -- the outdoor pool in the sauna - we went a bit of season but I can imagine myself out there enjoying the northern lights in peak winter with -20C :)
-- no blackouts/proper shutters in the rooms - in a place where the sun doesn't set during the summer you would expect some way to keep the light out of the room for a relaxed sleep -- no plates or cutlery in the room - although there is a sort of a kitchen with water and wine glasses and a dining table, they want to make sure you still to go to restaurant for food :) -- cleanliness - it seems like they only clean the rooms every second day - we dismissed the cleaning ladies first time they came because we were still in the room, and they ended up not coming at all during our whole stay (4 nights) -- location - it's a bit of walk to the center. if you come here without a car, get ready to do some walking to the city center -- the spa - although the outdoors pool is quite nice (and the indoors is not so bad either) it doesn't have a Jacuzzi or steam bath. it has 3 different types of dry sauna and that's it.
Quality of food; the cabins
The operating hours at the facilities!
Exceptionally helpful staff, beautiful location, excellent restaurant
Excellent place to catch northern lights
Lunch hour is a bit short and there is no food provided after 2pm until the dinner
WiFi fast and good if you have room close to reception . Breakfast good .
Not possible to set t in rooms , need to call to reception and then some times too hot some times too cold ...strange system
Quite far from train/bus station; No kitchen; overpriced
Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
Loved the breakfast buffet, the location and the soft beds.
Cost, wish there was a student rate.
Illustrations photo no 2 and 5 was from the Spa department. But when we were going there it was an extra charge of 295 sek per person. This is expensive on top of the 2000 sek charge on the cabin. And I did not see this on the Booking page.
1) The heating was good and our rooms were warm when temperatures were sub zero 2) Pretty good location
1)Chalets were not cleaned for 2 days, ?overlook
Well equipped clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Long walk from reception to our room.

Extra payment for hotel guests to access spa
