There was small misunderstanding with booking and dates, but it was fixed.

Renovation going on at time of my stay, so it was a bit noisy and dusty.

The rooms seems old and need refurbishment. However on a business-trip you just sleep so I really dont mind coming back to the same room.

Nice hotel, just a pity general service as we know in Thailand is simply not available!

It is really central, it is only one minute away from the T-Centrallen when you reach to the city by Arlanda Express. The hotel is basic but very comfortable and clean. Rooms were very silent, breakfast was very good. Hotel is very close to the shops, touristic attractions and the T-bana(metro) stations. Our room is upgraded to a suit with no extra cost and it was very comfortable.

At first night, it was a bit cold in the room and we asked the reception to increase the room's temperature but we are told that the rooms are heated centrally, they provided us extra blankets, and it helped. Maybe, it was the cold November that we are not used to, and the second day, room temperature was much more better.

It is very quiet despite it's location. And the cylindrical shower-space with that sublime bucket of a shower-head was very nice to use after a long day.

The grout between the tiny tiles in the shower was not laid generously enough, so the edges of the tiles was a bit hard on the feet.

Near at central station and bus terminal. Good access to sightseeing places. Breakfast is good.

No coffee pot in room. No refrigerator in room.

I appreciated the knowledgeable and friendly staff and the very cozy little lobby. I loved that there was always tea and cookies.

Had to ask for new internet id and password each night even though we were staying 3 nights

Very small room. A lot of noise at night (garbage trucks / supply trucks).

Liked the hotel very much...excellent location near Central Station, it was extremely clean and comfortable, great breakfast, and really good value for the money.

The hotel is located 100 meters from the Arlanda Express terminal in the Central Station, within walking distance to bus and railway terminals and to the city center. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

The noise coming from the centralized room ventilation is a bit annoying, despite being shut off during the night.

When coming from Arlanda Airport with the Arlanda Express train, you just have to cross the street to get to/from the Hotel. The hotel is only about 3 minute walk from the main shopping street, Drottninggagatan and is only about a 15 minute walk to old town. Also on the plus side, there is a 7-Eleven very close that is open until late in the evening.

No fridgerator in room.

The location is more than excellent. Just 50m from Arlanda Express Train.

At the time of my visit there was some renovation works in hotel. But in common Hotel is ok. Nothing really bad to say about it.

Comfortable pleasant hotel. Space in room. Well placed power points for recharging iPads etc.. Varied and tasty buffet breakfast. Five minute walk from station. Easy metro connection from Tallinn terminal to hotel. Helpful staff. Central location.
