The staff was very friendly and helpful. A service or 2 like internet was not actually given to us (They said the building wasn't reliable when it came to internet). |

good nice hotel.perfect location near to city centre and main train station also. breakfast is ordinary.also the system after 10.00pm to coming back o hotel is little bit complicated.also must be reception whole night because is somebody want to phone you after 10.00 pm in the night till 6.00 an in the morning it is not possible because no reception there. |

This hotel has really good price and is located in the middle of the city, nice walk away from restaurant and right behind the hotel there's a park to walk around. can fit 2 adult and 2 children into a single room as one of the bed can actually convert into a bunk bed. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you are driving a van as the entrance is rather small |

Clean and luxury interior at a modest price. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location in the center with almost no traffic. Gives safe feeling of home-like environment. Free WiFi. Plus some minor/funny glitches: wardrobe doors are designed to hit the doorjamb loudly :) walls are not soundproof enough - heard 3 kinds of neighbour's alarm clocks in the morning :) Absence of laundry :(((( Parking indoor is expensive (and closed at night), outdoor is a bit full. |

We loved this hotel. It was ideally situated in the centre of Norrkoping. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. Bedroom was small but very well laid out. Coffee, tea and excellent biscuits always available. |

Stort rum med mycket sköna, bekväma sängar. Mycket bra läge, centralt men ändå lugnt. Bra frukost. Inte egentligen. Kortläsaren fungerade inte, men det fanns bankomat i närheten. Kanske lite snålt med samma tvål till handfatet som till duschen. |

Ett trevligt litet hotell centralt i sta'n. Mycket hemtrevligt inrett frukostrum med en väl tilltagen frukost, nyttig och god, som vi tror passar de flesta smaker. Dessutom rent och fräscht. Vi blev positivt överraskade och kommer att återkomma. |

Jag tyckte väldigt mycket om sängarna. Jätte sköna. Kanon frukost, och sympatisk personal. Läget är kanon. Ån och centrum runt knuten. Vi åt middag på Bacchus källaren och besökte Pappa Grappa. Därför gillade vi läget på hotellet. Inga anmärkningar alls. Det var andra gången vi besökte er och jag har en känsla att det kommer att bli många fler. |

Goed bereikbaar, centraal gelegen, prima ontbijt. Slechten bedden vooral het 2e bed wat uit de kast was getrokken. Outbollige inrichting. Te duur voor wat het was. €320 voor 4 nachten. |
