The staff was friendly and helpful, contrary to what some earlier guests appear to have experienced, according to some reviews. The room was unbearably hot throughout the night, we're talking 27 degress Celsius. There was no air conditioning. I had to break open the wire that prevented the windows to be wide open. |

The neighborhood was very nice. Further, we were attending Stockholm Marathon so the location was very good as the stadium was quite near. Based on the internet site of this 4 star hotel we were expecting the hotel to be quite fancy. However, this was not a case. Our room was clean and compact but in addition to the flat screen and DVD -player there was nothing special. |

Location, clean and good standard.Simple and good! I missed the blinds at the windows! I woke up at 4.00 because of hte morning light. Just curtains is not enought. |

The evening buffet meal was most welcome. The small size of the room and the fact that there was no chair in the room so sitting on the bed was the only way to read. |

clean, basic hotel, nice breakfast supposedly a four star hotel did NOT have toothbrush available NOR matches or light. when i asked to borrow an umbrella when it rained, they did not have those either. the staff (reception and restaurant) was spending more time with themselves and showed aboslutely no interest in liaising with customers. |

Bra rymliga rum, bra val vid frukosten, trevlig personal hjalpsam och forstaende. Lugnt lage men anda nara till city Ingen air-condition svart att sova nar det ar 25 - 30 grader. Det var valdigt varmt nar jag bodde dar |
