I think it would be better of branding itself as a 3*+ hotel. The facilities aren't really what I expect of a 4* hotel. The combined reception and self-service restaurant area is to small and lacks elegance/cozyness. Also the buffet is very cafeteria like - not suitable for this rating. Make more room for restaurant and buffet area. |

The staff was friendly and helpful, contrary to what some earlier guests appear to have experienced, according to some reviews. The room was unbearably hot throughout the night, we're talking 27 degress Celsius. There was no air conditioning. I had to break open the wire that prevented the windows to be wide open. |

The neighborhood was very nice. Further, we were attending Stockholm Marathon so the location was very good as the stadium was quite near. Based on the internet site of this 4 star hotel we were expecting the hotel to be quite fancy. However, this was not a case. Our room was clean and compact but in addition to the flat screen and DVD -player there was nothing special. |

Location, clean and good standard.Simple and good! I missed the blinds at the windows! I woke up at 4.00 because of hte morning light. Just curtains is not enought. |

The evening buffet meal was most welcome. The small size of the room and the fact that there was no chair in the room so sitting on the bed was the only way to read. |

Tillmötesgående personal, fräscha rum, trevligt med kvällsbuffé vilken vi tyvärr aldrig hann smaka. Frukosten lämnade en del i övrigt att önska. Fruktsalladen och vissa pålägg var frusna pga alltför låg temp. Äggen nästan kalla då de ej varmhölls. |

L'idea del buffet a fine giornata, ovviamente senza avere grosse pretese di menù a 5 portate. Le bevande calde sempre a disposizione e la posizione in una zona molto bella e ben servita. La stanza un pò strettina e i letti singoli, nonostante fosse classificata come matrimoniale (non doppia). |

Ottima posizione per vicinanza alla metro, quartiere molto tranquillo, staff ok. Ottima la possibilità di poter prendere bevande calde e fredde e dolci in ogni momento della giornata presso un buffet. Bella anche l'idea del buffet serale incluso nel prezzo del pernottamento e la possibilità di noleggiare gratuitamente DVD. Abbiamo apprezzato l'eleganza della stanza, forniscono addirittura spazzolino da denti, dentifricio, accappatoio e il bollitore con le bustine per farsi tè o caffè in camera!! Il buffet serale permettono di risparmiare sulla cena in quanto i ristoranti svedesi sono molto cari e di dubbia qualità. Il cibo è tipico svedese, sempre lo stesso e per noi italiani sinceramente un po' scadente. Inoltre per colazione e cena c'erano sempre le stesse cose. |

La posizione, poco distante (500 m) dalla fermata metro di Karlaplan, stanza bella, pulita, ma più piccola e meno lussuosa rispetto a quella in cui si trovava mio fratello che era in vacanza con me nello stesso periodo. Buona l'idea del buffet serale che fa risparmiare rispetto ad un ristorante svedese però il cibo lascia noi italiani un po' a desiderare. |

ett hotell som har karaktär til skillnad från del flesta andra! Utmärkt läge i stockholm, vi promenerade enkelt till de flesta sevärdheterna och aktiviteterna. Genereröst i stort, med frukt, kaffe mm samt möjligheten att äta på kvällen. Enda minus var ljudnivån i matsalen samt att det var lite för få sittplatser/bord i matsalen.
