the location though not located right in the centre of the city was walkable to all the major sites and was next to the easy to use underground train system. the hot dishes on the evening menu were fish or meat and on one day the soup was also not vegetarian so only the salad and rice suitable for non-meat eaters. |

Everything. Comfortable and well appointed room and bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet and excellent complimentary evening buffet. Complimentary water and orange juice in the room. Unbeatable value. |

It was very quiet, personnel was very friendly. Breakfast very good and it is nice to have a buffet included in the price Being a vegetarian, I had to eat cold food at the buffet all the time. All the hot food was cooked with meat. Our TV showed a lot of disturbance on the screen. |

The staff was friendly and helpfull, the hotel is not so central yet conveniently located near a subway stop only a couple of stops far from the center of the city. Breakfast bufet was good and complimentary dinner was excellent. all and all good value for the money in Stockholm. |

The staff was very helpful, the room was bigger than expected, and the location is really excellent, in a calm place but very close to the city centre. A real suprise was the dinner buffet free of charge! |

The hotel is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It is a quiet hotel in a quiet area. Good facilities and a welcoming atmosphere created by helpful staff and 'free' features such as wireless access, afternoon tea and buffet evening meal. I didn't use the sauna but this is good for folk to relax. |

This hotel proved to be great value and very friendly and comfortable. I booked single rooms and these were perfectly pleasant and comfortable. The rooms had good sized en suite facilities with "wet room" showers. Some reviewers seem to have missed the blinds that are built into the windows and so it was possible to darken the room. The complementary evening buffet was more than adequate and made the stay so much more affordable. A computer in the lobby was available for guests to access the internet. But the real plus of this hotel was the very helpful reception staff who provided good advice about onward travel. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the city centre and very close to the Stadion underground station. Great value. |

Hotel is not too far from the center (only 20 minutes by walk) in a quiet district. Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast, afternoon tea with biscuits, dinner are included into price. During 7 days of my stay there breakfast was the same and dinner was changed every 3 days. Metro, bus and tram stations are not far. In my next staying in Stockholm i will choose it again. |

Good comftable room, close to city centre and t-bana station, easy to find, good breakfast and wireless internet service, staff were very heplful. |

friendly staff, good food, quiet hotel in quiet neighbourhood, close to public transport, but you can also reach the city on foot, the very good free evening buffet is a good alternative to the more expensive food in the city the room was quite small |

the location was ok, but not premium! breafkast buffet with some biological food! The way of self service with trays, that you have to clean the tables on your own, the unfriendly staff, I recommend small pots for butter and marmelade to avoid any queue at the buffet by people, preparing the breads at the buffet. |

The food was lovely and there was a great variety. Availability of tea/coffee at all hours, free of charge was a huge bonus. Proxmity to city centre was great. |

The small misunderstanding about the need of an extra bed was averted and the bed provided in ten minutes time. The staff was forthcoming and helped us with all the information we asked. They had not received my booking comments that an extra bed would be needed. The Stockholm card was available only for 1 day (we asked for 2 days). The same day it was not possible to go to the city centre to buy the card, as the Information Centre was already closed. |
