The food was lovely and there was a great variety. Availability of tea/coffee at all hours, free of charge was a huge bonus. Proxmity to city centre was great. |

The small misunderstanding about the need of an extra bed was averted and the bed provided in ten minutes time. The staff was forthcoming and helped us with all the information we asked. They had not received my booking comments that an extra bed would be needed. The Stockholm card was available only for 1 day (we asked for 2 days). The same day it was not possible to go to the city centre to buy the card, as the Information Centre was already closed. |

The hotel is located in a quiet district and very well communicated with the city and most important Stockholm's points of interest. The rooms are in a typical Swedish style - simple, clean and practical. We really appreciated comfortable bathroom, usually tight/cramped in medium class hotels. Breakfast and dinner buffets seemed to be tasteful for all the guests. Taking into consideration relatively high (as compared to the other EU countries) prices in Stockholm's restaurants, the Clarion Collection Hotel Tapto is a very good choice for medium budget hotel guests/city visitors. |

The hotel was in a good location, central, though quiet, close to public transport and also in walking distance of the old city, museums, the harbour, etc. The 'Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis'was very good as the food which was included was of good quality, well prepared and presented,. For international guests, it might be a good idea to have some signs, newspapers or magazines in English. |

It´s good that the hotell has ecological food. The children wasn´t too happy about the buffé, children mostly doesn´t like vegetables and there wasn´t much else to offer. |

The breakfast and evening buffets were well presented and offered a great variety of excellent food. The provision of self-service hot and cold drinks, with cake and biscuits, in the afternoon was very welcome after returning from a long day out. The only criticism is the hardness of the toilet paper! |

Relativ ruhige Lage des Hotels am Rande von Östermalm, City und Wasser auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Zimmer und Bad waren beide angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet, so dass ein verregneter Vormittag dort bequem überbrückt werden konnte. Das Angebot beim Frühstücksbüfett an Speisen und Getränken war reichhaltig, vielseitig und gesund, ebenso das ebenfalls im Hotelpreis eingeschlossene kleine Abendbüffet. Bei beiden Mahlzeiten: viel organic food. Als sehr angenehm nach langen Stadtspaziergängen wurde der vom Hotel auch kostenfrei angebotene Nachmittagskaffee bzw. -tee empfunden. Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel wurden auf der Etage, wo auch mein Zimmer lag, in mehreren Zimmern die Bäder renoviert.Einen erstmaligen Hinweis auf die Durchführung dieser Bauarbeiten habe ich bedauerlicherweise erst bei der Anreise durch einen Aushang im Aufzug erhalten.- Glücklicherweise gab es außer am Vormittag des Abreisetages nur wenige Beeinträchtigungen durch diese Baustelle. |

Goede ligging, dichtbij winkels en metrostation, ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar hartje centrum (havens). Schone kamers, voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Prima ontbijt- en dinerbuffet. |

Sauberkeit, Service, Mahlzeiten Etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt - man muss sich etwas auskennen um den direkten Weg ins Centrum bzw. das U-Bahn Netz zu verstehen. Aber nach 1-2 Tagen kein Problem mehr. |
