Great service, nice and clean rooms but above all the food is to die for!! Really fresh ingredients.. just very good and pure meals..beyond my expectations, I will go back to this hotel next time I visit Stockholm!

I stayed 6 nights in March; 3 for work (university visit) and 3 for a short solo break in Stockholm. The hotel building is recent and perhaps "uninteresting" compared to other more emblematic hotels. The hotel is comfortable, clean and functional, with helpful staff and free internet that works. Good breakfast too, for all tastes. Location is fine; quiet residential area 2 stops from Central Station on the Tunnelbana, close to the Olympic Stadium, kth and the University. The concept of the complementary evening meal is a definite advantage for those who would prefer not to go out in the evening. Staff wear work clothes with "Feel at home" slogan. This is definitely the case, friendly "feel at home" atmosphere of the hotel.

We really liked the design of the entire hotel, and the location was good, only a 20-minute walk to the city centre. Excellent breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

The room was rather small. The shower was partially broken although still operable.The inclusive dinner was poor.

New modern rooms/lobby, excellent breakfast, decent free dinner, good service from reception, good location within public transportation access.

No coffee machine in the room, no room safe(why?), no air conditioning- definitely would not book during hot summer months

Excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Free buffet available in the evenings. Coffee available even if we hadn't eaten in.

The evening buffets were a little uninspired. Since they were free we can hardly complain about them.

This is a great hotel if you don't mind using public transportation to reach. There are several bus lines that take you right to the hotel... But you may have to wait up to 17 minutes for the bus. If you plan to buy the Stockholm card, then public transportation is free. There is also a grocery store directly outside of the hotel. The buffet dinner is not bad. Just lots of guests trying to eat at once.

We stayed twice. The first basic room was small. The second delux room was great!

Hotel I situated in a quiet area with 20 min walking distance to city centre - or 2 stops by metro.Room is small but smart and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Staff is friendly and polite.Both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are splendid.Recommandable.

It would be nice if the hotel would trust their guests to pay on departure.

The interior design is really nice. The quality of the food is good to be included on the rate.Everything is new.

I didn't like that the cleaning lady didn't do a good job when cleaning the room. They didn't put new supplies of milk and coffee in the bedrooms and when asking for them you needed to go and get them in the reception. The Wi/FI didn't work at all, and when asking the stuff to solve the problem the answer was that to other people it did work, so I didn't like the attitude of the staff they didn't care and I was paying to have that, and needed to send and important e/mail which was impossible and the consequences where really bad for my company.

Good and clean room, good breakfast and dinner friedly stuff

The room was nice , fine decorations as well as cleaned. Good the breakfast and the children playing-space in the hall of the hotel. Appreciated the restaurant staff job and their availability.

The reception staff gave us poor assistance and a cold welcome when arrived as well as when we left the hotel. Neither a question about how we had spent the entire 3-days stay. Wanted to book a taxi to the rail- way station and was told to get back in the evening even though they were not busy on that moment. When we checked-in we found the bathroom rubbish-bin full of trash, but at least the housekeeping staff did apologized very much indeed. They wear t-shirts with "among friends" written on it and therefore a better friendly approach is something we had expected most.

Rooms are quite nice. Lobby is very cosy. The evening meal was included in the room rate and for our family with a child it was a very good proposal, because restaurants in Stockholm are quite expensive. The location is nice and very quiet, 5 min. walking to the closest metro and just 2-3 stations from the very center. Also for travellers by ferry with Silja Line the hotel location is very convenient, because the bus #1 which goes from terminal has a stop just near the hotel. Highly recommended!
