I liked that it was central, the food, service and the indoor pool. The pool could be a little bit warmer since I had my kids with me and they thought it was cold. |

The staff were very helpful, they organised a kettle for the room and kept medical supplies for me in their fridge. My room was at the front and unfortunately at night it was very noisy because of the bar opposite, most nights it was impossible to sleep. Coffee/Water in the restaurant was never hot whether it was at 7am or 10am, they should do something to keep the coffee etc., hot., we frequently walked out into the foyer to use the automatic coffee machine. |

I loved the location , staff's and services, and love the fact it was so quite and clean. and the breakfast was awesome. unfotunately the bar and restuarant were closed during summer. and the gym was a bit small. |

liked the free coffee machine in the entrance hall, much better than the coffee in the room, it also had coffee to go cup's. We only received one towel in our room I thought this was a mistake but our friend's also only had one, the second night was the same. One towel per person please. (no hand towels??) We managed to sneak an extra one off the trolley. |

Det är ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge. Trevliga rum och hög komfort. Bra erbjudanden. Det var väldigt trångt och mycket folk till frukost. Maten tog slut och det var skränigt och stressigt. Trots att man fick vänta på mat länge så stängde frukosten exakt på klockslaget och vi hann inte ta påtår på kaffe och annat. Tråkigt med sådan trängsel då det är en mysig matsal som bjuder in till lugn och ro. Vi hade sett fram emot det! |

La limpieza, el orden, la seguridad, la ubicación, la atención del personal La hab donde me hospedé carece de armario/closet donde colocar la ropa, asi como mesa de noche o cajones.. y el sector de la ducha es muy pequeño, no posee bañera o tina de baño... por el precio otros hoteles tienen más comodidades. |

Bra trevlig personal som löste problem utan att knussla. Hade bokat ett superiordubbellrum med en 180-säng men fick ändå 2st 90sängar. Det var inget problem att byta till ett rum med 180-säng men lite irriterad blev man då det som stod på bekräftelsen inte stämde. |

Bra läge. Skönt att sova på hotell under URF. Städarna kom in när jag precis skulle gå in i duschen.... de kanske kan vänta till man har checkat ut?! |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel bietete seinen Gästen einige Fahrräder kostenlos an, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Es war auch überall sehr bequem, das Gym war klein aber funtional, und die Sauna war in Ordnung. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Mein Zimmer, das zur Straße/Fußgängerzone hinaus war, war nachts durch das Nachtleben sehr laut, morgens durch die Stadtreinigung. Das Bad roch ein wenig komisch. |
