Dead center Örebro. Close to everything! The jacuzzi was out of order. They tried to charge us extra for parking we did not have. |

The hotel location is excellent in town and easy walking distance to the castle to the castle. The breakfast was very good. |

I left out a card for breakfast in my room and no on collected it, so breakfast did not arrive! Told reception about it but they didn't seem to be bothered, no apology about it. |

Hotellin palvelut vastasivat tarpeitamme. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja ammupala runsas ja maukas. Henkilökunta oli auttavaista ja kohteliaita. Yöllinen melu haitasi yöunta. Lisävuodetta lapselle ei hotellissa ollutvaikka tilausta tehtäessä ilmoitimme lapsesta ja lisävuoteen tarpeesta. Esitteessä lisävuoteen mahdollisuus kuitenkin ilmoitettiin. |

Var på innebandycup så ville mest ha någonstans att sova. Rummet var inte så bra städat. Det låg använda schampoflaskor kvar i duschen när vi kom och golvet såg inte städat ut. |

Trevligt bemötande, bra rum och god service. Centralt läge, inget att klaga över Saknade tillgång till fler tidningar vid frukostbuffén, frukosten var OK men inget speciellt. |

Fungerade efter förväntan Kunde vara bättre : Allmänbelysning på rummet, nattlampa som kunde släckas utan att man behövde halvt resa sig. Lyseknapp fär hela rummet vid sängen.Saknade prisuppgifter för minibarens innehåll. |

Mysigt med små "gosedjur" på rummet. Tråkigt att de inte hade möjlighet att hyra ut badkläder när de hade en sådan mysig relaxavdelning. Saknade även badrock och tofflor på rummet, hade varit trevligt att gå i till relaxen. |
