The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast very good rooms were clean booked hotel online was misguided by the picture shown on internet as the superior room booked was nothing like the picture..the room was old fashioned..friends stayed in standard room which was small and uncomfortable..they had booked superior room and were given the standard and were not informed.. |

Ok hotel, central, close to the city and shopping possibilities. Easy to find. Some noise from traffic and railroad. They had poor control on bookings and minibars, and the cleaners obviously didn't check the minibar. First we got a non superior room, when the superior was booked, When we got the correct room, we enjoyed our stay. |

To get a bed overnight on a comfortable hotel, with a resaurant and parkingplace There was no air condition, though four stars. I had to sleep with an open window in the middel of the traffic. No room service, no resturant(?) no bar as in their program to get a beer and a sandwich. It shuold not be marketed as a Four star Hotell, the only one in town, therefor i picked it. |

Bra personal i receptionen, bra läge. Vi blev först lovade en uppgradering till Superior men vid incheckningen fanns inga S-rum ´= besvikelse. Brödet till frukost var torrt, tråkigt. |

Härlig innegård, bra frukost, bra info vid incheckning "halvskabbigt" intryck (förutom matsal). Rum:trasigt tvättställ, garderob saknade en skjutdörr, allmänt nedgånget, smutsavlagringar på badrum och fjärrkontroll till TV. TV-kanaler i ologisk ordning. Dålig belysning på rummet. Satsa en peng på städ/underhåll så får ni ett toppenhotell. |

Beliggenheten, samt at det var en utmerket resturant på hotellet. Håpløst med to enkeltsenger uten overmadrass når man er på bryllupsreise... ;) |

la cercanía a la estación de tren que comunica con Estocolmo y la tranquilidad del hotel. la limpieza de la habitación y la inesistencia de útiles de aseo en el baño exceptuando un dispensador de jabón líquido para manos y otro en la ducha praa utilizar como gel y champú. |

Matev var gott tillagad och riklig. Att det endast fanns en fåtölj. Rummet var dock ett dubbelrum. Dessutom saknades skärp i den ena badrocken och de utlovade morgontofflorna såg vi inget av trots förfrågan i receptionen. |

Ryd, møbler og gjør det koseligere/lysere i gangen i 5.etasje. Bedre belysning på badet. Sopp i dusjkabinettet? Malingsflekker på bord i spisesalen. Hotellet ga inntrykk av å være noe slitt. |

Stannade bara två nätter och hade bara kontakt med personalen. De var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Läget var bra, nära till det vi sökte, mat och shopping. Tyckte inte illa om något. Men tyckte däremot att att rummet kändes lite "slitet" i inredningen, mest då badrummet (Våning 5 nr. 501 tror jag det var). Hade nog förväntat oss lite högre standard. |
