A la habitación faltaba un armario para guardar la ropa...

Muy buen hotel, las habitaciones y las instalaciones en general; nuevo y muy lindo. El restaurante también recomendable

When we arrived around 17.00 a happy hour was going on with a crowd of half drunken kids. They were still there when we left for dinner. The parking was expensive and apparently far away. It took more than 15 minutes to get the car.

We enjoyed staying at the old postoffice of Gothenburg, a nice building, well preserved.

It was cold in the bathroom!

Location and design was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Restaurant and breakfast was very good.

The parking was off-site and the wifi was terrible as you had to log in with username and password everytime. I also expected the bathroom to have more toiletries such as lotion, shaving gel etc.

Comfortable stay and nice service

The work out facilities were really great! We had a nice corner room in the new building with view over Gothenburg.

There was only black coffee at breakfast, no cappuccino or similiar. At expensive hotels they could serve drinks at the table for breakfast, but maybe I'm spoiled.

Nice cozy atmosphere. Nice design.

-Sandwich and beer in pub when we not could have a reservation in resturant. -Design of the hotel.

-Bad cleaning in room and outside the room. -30 minutes to check in also to check out. -not possible to reservation brunch in resturant. -taxi outside with dubble price.

Interior design was great. The bar for afterwork was great, good stmosphere. The beds/pillows were very very comfortable and the location was great.

Bar got very crowded and one the bar staff was a bit rude and seemed fed up so for the first drink of the evening was not a great impression. The shower in the room was a bit disappointing and the showers screen seemed a bit cheap and leaked water everywhere. Room a bit on the small side, and we couldn't amend the aircondioning so it was a bit cold. All the bacon was burnt at breakfast and at 10.30 you could not possibly get another coffee from any of the the coffee machines dotted around ( 5 of them) as they had emptied and turned them all off ( I've stayed at only 3star hotels and you could get coffee on tap.

The place of hotel is really good and you are in the center of city. It was clean and include good breakfast.

Quite busy, you need to pay your cappuccino in you B& B arrangement, you cannot use sauna without reservation and fee, hotel not able to repair heating system in our room,asking fare away from hotel. For the rest,location was Ok

Good and central location. Nicely re-furbished new building. Good breakfast.

No safe, bathrobe or bath shoes in the room. While the rooms were tidy, the common floor areas were dirty with dust during the whole stay of 3 nights. Only two lifts were working for the whole hotel. Big hotel that is not able to keep high standard due to too many guests.

An old post building transformed in hotel... The place is beautiful!! Very nice and trendy atmosphere inside! Very popular bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice! Hotel located next to thé central station so perfect location should you come by train or by bus from the airport. City center 2 minutes walking distance, shopping center 1 minute walking distance!

To be honnest, we were surprised and disappointed by the service. The rate we paid was high and they give us the lowest category of room, on one of the lowest floor, interior courtyard view even if the hotel was almost empty... Also, we had a late flight on our Check-out day and asked for a late check out at 3 pm instead of noon. The front desk told us that is was ok because the room was not booked that night but they requested 1000 krones per additional hour (12 €)!!!! I have never seen that for an hotel of this standard!!!

Very stylish exterior + interior. Very good bar staff. Great breakfast if pretty crowded. Great food + drinks. Loved the dismantled post van in the lobby

3 small things that need to be sorted. Wifi must be able to recognise a device for 24 hours, not need a web key each login; don't charge residents c Kr185 for the roof pool - annoyingly petty; sort taxi availability out - don't just rely on technology, make sure it works!

- Its location to central station is even closer to some trains probably. Road, Trams and buses just on the door. Perfect for discovering Göteborg. - Built in the main old post building, great application of theme. - Rich breakfast

- Lack of signage makes you lose your way. - Openable windows would be great in this historic building.

The interior was cool & sophisticated

They failed to get me a room until nearly three hours after their advertised check- in of 3pm. I had an infant with me, and I had been travelling since 4am the previous morning, so this was a very uncomfortable situation for me. They told me I was going to have a room with a beautiful view over the gardens, when I got to my room I had actually been situated above the lower building - so my view was 90% over a roof. They repeatedly lied about my room being ready & generally treated me as if I was stupid. I hope I never go anywhere near there again!

Vi fick ett hörnrum med fantastisk utsikt från 11:e våningen. Suverän frukost och trevlig personal. Ett toppehotell.

the buffet breakfast was great. the hotel is new and nicely decorated, good TV channels, interesting TV/computer integrated, but the wifi using TV is a bit slow

I had asked for a queen/double bed and they put me on a very small twin room, 5 min arrived in the room, a guy wearing a worker clothes knocked, and when I opened the door, he straight away put one of his feet into the room and said something in swedish, when I asked him what he wanted in english, he said in broken English 'Window'. I told him to go away and closed the door, 5 min later somebody knocked, when I didn't answer, a hotel staff just opened the door with her key access. After this strange guy, a suddenly opened door is scary. I asked to be transferred to a new double bed room, they said at first that the hotel is full and that is why I am in the small room as it is supposed to be for 1 person. It is a twin bed room ?? Anyways, they put me into a new double bed room. Half hour settling in my room, 2 guys, without even knocking entered my room, opened the door and when realised I am in the room, they said housekeeping and want to hang the curtain. They did not wear any uniform/show ID that they are hotel staffs either nor there is a hotel staff that came with them to let me know that the housekeeping will come to hang curtain in my room. As a solo female traveller this make me very un-easy. I complained about this and I felt they are not taking it seriously as the response is 'Oh, really ? when is this happened ? sorry about the housekeeping". Also, the hotel gave my colleague some discount coupons as part of the promotion as she signed up for membership as chain hotel member. I was offered to be the member as well and was told that i can get a free night with the amount of points as I stayed 6 nights for a conference, but when I said I don't know when I will be back, she didn't offer me this alternative coupons, so i didn't signed up. I later got it, but If this is due to un-informed staff, then there is a room for progress. Additionally, on the day of departure, the price on the bills was not the booking price that I've got from booking. com.

I found the staff particularly helpful and pleasant.

The location

The service, once past the front desk the house service was shocking. We had an incident in the room at approx 10 pm that we felt best to report and get house assistance. No reply from phone calls to the front desk, the housekeeping (maybe too late) or the 24 room service to see if they could help. I even rang from the normal outside phone no to the front desk 3 times and no answer. Finally went to the front desk and found 2 staff there and no customers being served ?????? For an establishment that is meant to be 4 or 5 stars, maybe they need to realise that a nice building is all very good, but it has to backed up with personnel willing to serve customers.
