Excellent location to the Central Train station and Arlanda Express Train. Close to the city centre for shopping, only 10 minute walk away, but still in a reasonably quiet area for rest in the evening. Wooden floors and twin beds pushed together to form a 'double' but with single duvets on both. |

Location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Only 5min. walk to Central station. Very clean room and especially the bathroom. Excellent breakfast.Hotel staff was very friendly. The smaller pillow was too soft for me. The bigger pillow again was good for reading in the bed or watching TV but too big for sleeping.Breakfast area too small when the hotel was fully booked. |

Stayed several times, breakfast is still good as always. Recommended. And location is convenient, too -- under 5 min walk to Arlanda Express. It seems that the hotel is slowly degenerating in terms of service. The check-in girl was rude when she couldn't find my booking (hotel had first name and surname switched for my booking) and told me to go and find my booking number "somewhere", which I did by calling support at booking.com. The room had cap from someone's beer bottle on the shelf, and no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. In the corridor, all 3 days I was looking at someone's fork lying on the fire box, probably forgotten from room service days ago. Ah well, and I had such high hopes for the property! Advice for others: spa is not worth the price (95/195 SEK), poor design, and no place to sit/lie next to sauna. Beds real soft (I hate but you may like). Great pillows. |

Hotel was new and good. Location and breakfast was exillent. Baby cot took long to get into room and bathroom cleaning could be a little better (dust), but pretty small isssues in general. |

its very good hotel with centre location, you can find transportation near to hotel. in breakfast there is may be one thing in veg. for this kind of hotel they should have more items. and also in room normally in stockholm normally every hotels they have coffee maket in room, in this hotel it was missing. |

The location was really good, close to bus terminal, the spa was fab and the cocktail bar was a nice place to hang out Shame hotel guests have to pay for spa usage, but lovely. |

Too expensive for that price, not even complimentary toilettaries were provided, dodgy taxi driver outside the hotel was recommended by hotel staff, who got away with double charging. |

2 out of 4 lifts (ascensors) were out of order. This caused long waiting times. As well as the check out took ver long. |

This is a good and very new and contemporary design! Good breakfast, but a very lot people in the dining-room together, do not enought free place.Nearly from "old town" historical city centre.Good facility and room. |

Excellent food and staff A charge for room service - its a bit of a joke and not professional. Spa services should be made cheaper for hotel guests. |

The very helpful staff, the location, spa,front facing view from room 928, quality of food at breakfast,how quiet the hotel was at night, you could not hear anything from the other rooms/corridor, so slep very well! Breakfast at the weekends was very pack in a small trinagular area for the buffet and having to eat in a huge hall.Having to pay for the pool, and the view into the back of the hotel onto other rooms very drab for a pricey hotel, I would have been very dissatisfied if i had one of those rooms. |

the hotel is situated in a really good location!! really helpfull staff in anything you may need! nice design and clean rooms, rich breakfast. the swimming pool should not be an external one.... the spa servicies i believe were quite expensive... |

It was clean, in the center and new with a great rooftop-view. The service and friendliness of the staff was disappointing. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but we didn't get the soap or shampoo in the room. Also you'd expect a bell boy or somebody to open the front door for you and welcome you. You can tell it is a european hotel chain; this would not be the case in an american hotel chain. (I am european, so...) |
