isveçteki diğer oteller gibi odalar çok soğuktu ve ayrıca havalandırmanın sesi biraz rahatsız ediyordu.kahvaltı açık büfeydi ama yumurta ve domates haricinde birşey yiyemedim,çünkü peynirleri hiç güzel değildi.

azıcık alsalar ya türkiyeden peynir zeytin gibi şeyleri.bir de odalarına sadece isveç gibi soğuk ülkelerden değil türkiye gibi sıcak ülkelerden gelenleri de düşünseler,klimanın ayarı sabitti mesela.

Excellent location to the Central Train station and Arlanda Express Train. Close to the city centre for shopping, only 10 minute walk away, but still in a reasonably quiet area for rest in the evening.

Wooden floors and twin beds pushed together to form a 'double' but with single duvets on both.

Hotel was new and good. Location and breakfast was exillent.

Baby cot took long to get into room and bathroom cleaning could be a little better (dust), but pretty small isssues in general.

The bathroom only have one door that shared between bath and toliet.

Too expensive for that price, not even complimentary toilettaries were provided, dodgy taxi driver outside the hotel was recommended by hotel staff, who got away with double charging.

This is a good and very new and contemporary design! Good breakfast, but a very lot people in the dining-room together, do not enought free place.Nearly from "old town" historical city centre.Good facility and room.

Comfort, cleanliness and cool design. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel facilities were very good as was the location.

A charge for room service - its a bit of a joke and not professional. Spa services should be made cheaper for hotel guests.

Shame you had to pay extra to access the swimming pool and spa

The very helpful staff, the location, spa,front facing view from room 928, quality of food at breakfast,how quiet the hotel was at night, you could not hear anything from the other rooms/corridor, so slep very well!

Breakfast at the weekends was very pack in a small trinagular area for the buffet and having to eat in a huge hall.Having to pay for the pool, and the view into the back of the hotel onto other rooms very drab for a pricey hotel, I would have been very dissatisfied if i had one of those rooms.

It was clean, in the center and new with a great rooftop-view.

The service and friendliness of the staff was disappointing. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but we didn't get the soap or shampoo in the room. Also you'd expect a bell boy or somebody to open the front door for you and welcome you. You can tell it is a european hotel chain; this would not be the case in an american hotel chain. (I am european, so...)
