The staff were friendly

We were very unlucky. We had to change three times room because it was not clean, one was not a double room as booked. The sauna was dirty in the women showers. We couldn't find a bottle opener, the thermostat was broken and we got so hot in the night. Breakfast was crowded like if you were in ikea.

Very nice and clean room with all the necessary facilities. Good restaurant with good quality food. One evening restaurant made a mistake and did not deliver my wife's dinner in time so I was finished before her meal came. I told restaurant that this was their mistake, not ours and told them the least they could do is not charge us for the meal. After some back and forth they agreed to it and credited the dinner. Overall a good hotel.

After return home I found that the hotel had overcharged me on the agreed/confirmed room price I made via booking.com. Not very professional in my opinion and will wait to see if they will reimburse me on this. So actually two mistakes together with the restaurant mistake makes this two flagrant mistakes in the two nights we stayed at this hotel. A pity for a hotel with nice rooms and excellent facilities.

Plenty of restaurant and Cafe, close to major attraction, 2 stops away from Gamla Stan. Valet parking (good if you are driving a big car), nice selection of breakfast and newspaper.

Rooms are a bit small and the key card system was a bit faulty, difficult to open the door sometimes.

I was in 6th floor & had some problem in opening the main door. Problem was resolved by the reception girl within no time

There was no facility found for internet connection in the room

Initially disappointed by location, but metro was very convenient and Gamla Stan just 6 minutes away. Breakfast was great, but pay attention to their posted 'rush hours'!

Major problem was swimming pool under renovation - a major consideration in selecting the hotel!

Relaxing atmosphere, quietly in the morning, excellent breakfest, location - easy to find and walking distance to the old city and the Globe arena.

It was hard to find unoccupied tables and seats in the breakfest room. The pepper and salt boxes on the tables would be desirable.

The shower smelled. The window was bedroom window was dirty, and couldn't be opened. The air con couldn't be turned off and made a lot of noise. The bed was too soft. The staff at breakfast weren't the friendliest. Overall, not the sort of comfort that you would expect for the money.

Very nice staff, reasonably good breakfast, quiet room with a nice view at the park, close to subway station.

Excellent city location - close to the Metro station. Good bars and restaurant. Excellent customer service at reception and housekeeping

Breakfast was a disaster! There was not enough floor staff for the number of guests. Not enough places to sit - although this may have been better managed by the hotel staff if they seated people (one morning I saw 1 person sit in a table for 4). The tables were not cleared quickly nor food replaced when finished. Although in fairness to the staff working, they were very pleasant and tried their best but the hotel needs to increase staff numbers!

Interior and design of public areas and Dining Rooms excelent. Furnishings and layout of Bedroom and Bathroom could not be better.

We were very impressed by the overall design and decor of the hotel as well as our room. Our room was very clean and a welcome retreat from our busy days touring the city. The breakfast buffet was another high point, offering an extensive array of choices. The computer/Internet station was also appreciated.

Although the hotel's design is noteworthy, the hotel seemed to be in need of a bit of refreshing and upkeep. The hallways were rundown and smelt unclean. The carpets were stained and the walls were marked. A fresh coat of paint and thorough carpet cleaning (or new carpet) is definitely needed. Luckily, the room was in much better shape.
