The hotel is perfect to visit stoccolma; is situated near to underground and it is only 3 stop from the Center. |

Very classy modern design. Excellent facilities and breakfast selection. The metro station was basically right outside on the doorstep. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect english. The rooms were nicely appointed and had really comfortable beds and pillows. Very minor gripe that the bathroom had a translucent sliding door which did not provide complete privacy, but otherwise everything was fine. |

It was very clean, the staff was friendly, excellent location-the subway stop was right outside the front door and an easy walk to the royal palace. The room was pretty small for the price, still comfortable though. |

Mainly I enjoyed the breakfast, the design of the room and the whole hotel, the lobby bar with an esplanade and the price The service was not good. One example: my minibar was only refilled once in 6 days. |

The metro being so close is certainly a big plus for the hotel; walking distance to gamla stan and also other sights is very convenient; the breakfast buffet is very good and plentyful! The fact that the windows cannot be opened is a little unfortunate, however, the ac functioned very nicely; |

The spacious room & bathroom; the quietness of the room, despite the street noise outside; the location of the hotel, on Sodermalm; its proximity to the metro station; the excellent buffet breakfast served lack of coffee/tea-making facility in the room; the difficulty with having to swipe the key card in the lift on the way to the 6th floor |

Lobby bar staff was very nice and the lounge bar was very cool When we arrived the bed was closed and the linen and towels were on it. We had to open and make it up. |

Very convenient for the underground & right next to town swimming pool. I had booked a single room but the bed was across the width of the room touching both walls. I cannot sleep without hanging my feet off the end of the bed. They changed me immediately. |

the breakfast was the only thing worth staying there for! the bathroom ion my room was not cleaned properly when i arrived and my room had no curtain/blind so whe the sun rose at 4am, so did i. the staff did not appologise, but gave me a different room for the following night. no complimentary drink or anything of the sort. i had to ask each day for shampoo/conditioner.staying at this hotel ruined my whole weekend experience of stockholm. |

The staff was excellent. Every person was committed to making me feel comfortable. It is one of your biggest strengths, and you should keep it up. Facilities like heated swimming pool maybe, or entertanitment. |
