VERY close to the subway and shopping area. Breakfast was great. The Delux room was very roomy. love this hotel

I love the neatness of the rooms (lived in the moderate). I love how it is 'upper class' but still affordable. The breakfast was nice as always - I would like also to have fried eggs as well as other kinds of potaties 'rosties' or similar as I looove potatoes.

I would like to be able to borrow a charger (standard smartphone usb) instead of having to leave in my phone for the speed charger. I would like to have information on wifi in my room and not having to go to the reception to pick it up (I called the reception and asked).

It was quiet,comfortable,in the city center,easy transportation,everywhere in 15 minutes by walk ,metro station is a few meters away.restaurant & cafe has resonable prices..was close to big green park area...upstairs and reseption bars were located good..enviorenment suporter...

Room was too hot, airco couldn't be adjusted and windows couldn't open. Spa: 195 Zkr extra and the pool just for relaxation, not swimming - pool seats are uncomfortable.

My only slight gripe which is possible due to the hotels own good reputation is that it gets very busy at breakfast

Room was dirty. We stayed three nights. They did not service or clean the room one of the days. Called for assistance. No follow up.

Centrally located, clean modern design,extremely friendly and efficient reception staff.

One rather impertinent member of the restaurant staff. We had been told we could take items from the breakfast buffet and pay for them, to eat later in the day. We did this on day 1, and had a picnic in the city later. On day 2 I was putting the croissant and cheese in the box when the waiter told me quite rudely that this was against hotel policy. I explained that it had been allowed, and paid for the previous day, but he hovered about the table and almost insisted on accompanying me to the desk to pay. After all the kindness and courtesy we had received from everyone else it was unpleasant and upsetting. I wish now that I had mentioned it to a senior person, but I did not want to create a fuss.

The location provided easy access to the city train system and there was convenient access to a city park and running/walking trails along the waterfront. The hotel was clean, modern and provided an amazing breakfast buffet.

The size of the hotel allowed for very large crowds to form at the front entrance, check-in/out counter and breakfast buffet area. Otherwise, everything was quite nice.

Genuinely friendly and helpful service, affordable valet parking, great breakfast, quiet rooms, cool-ish design, fab location with a 5 min walk to the hip caffes etc. When in town I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else.

Time to change the carpets, at least the one in my room was stained and nasty.

Plenty of space in the room. Modern design, good facilities. Comfortable bed, bathroom and room generally. Helpful, friendly staff.

Too expensive. Not good value for money. Breakfast very crowded. Had to pay 90 Kroner to have room service delivered to our room! "Room service" which charges extra for delivery to the room is an oxymoron. Also, as with most hotels ion Scandinavia, insufficient ability to adjust temperature in room.

Nice room (standard double room)

Window in room couldn't be opened - very bad. Annoying old-fashioned log- on procedure to access the internet. Very big hotel - making you feel like one in a hundred. Slow staff at breakfast - when running dry they spend 10 minutes making new 3 minute eggs.

Very good value for money for Stockholm, great location, lovely rooms, delicious breakfast!

* I've had different price than booking.com showed - even in sek (I noticed it to late) * window doesn't open (in every room) * breakfast room was very crowded (end of July) * not enough lifts, but you can go downstairs by foot

Great welcome. Excellent staff. Great location next to metro public parks and outdoor swimming pools(50 m)/ indoor pool. Tried Radison blue first( near central station) staff unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. Clarion leagues ahead
