Clarion Hotel Stockholm

ストックホルム中央から南へ4駅のＴ－Skanstul駅にあり、ホテルの入り口まで地下通路とEVで移動- できます。20mぐらいはEVの地上出口からホテル入り口まで屋外の歩道を歩きますが、歩道も歩きやすいし- アクセスはとても良い。駅にホテルへの矢印案内がある。近代的ホテル。内部のEVはｶｰﾄﾞｷｰが無いと動- かない。23時から6時までｵｰﾌﾟﾝしているbarがある。朝食は平日6時半から、土日は7時半から。ご- 飯、みそ汁、たくあん有。そのほかも充実です。場所も広く眺め良い。窓の防音はしっかりしている。ロビーや- 廊下は広めにできている。道路の反対側には薬局がある。

前面道路からエレベーターホールまで段差がややあり、スロープが少々長い。ベッドサイズが背の高い人にはや- や小さいのでは？

７階と４階のデラックスダブルに分かれて２組で泊まりましたが、特に７階の部屋は、背面の森と川に面してい- て、ルーフバルコニーもあり、最高の環境でした。朝食も充実しており、料金面でも非常にお得だと思います。- 中央駅近くのホテルを取るより、あえて地下鉄４駅離れた駅前に泊まる価値は、とても大きいと感じました。い- ずれにしても、次にストックホルムに行くときも必ず泊まりたいホテルということで、一行４名の意見が一致し- ました。

部屋が適度に無駄がなく気持ちよかった。

通常より早い時間の朝食をとったが、既に他の人が来たあとのようで、食べ物が少なくなっていた。早朝はスタ- ッフが少なく、食べ物や食器の補充が不十分かもしれない。

The staff were friendly

We were very unlucky. We had to change three times room because it was not clean, one was not a double room as booked. The sauna was dirty in the women showers. We couldn't find a bottle opener, the thermostat was broken and we got so hot in the night. Breakfast was crowded like if you were in ikea.

Very nice and clean room with all the necessary facilities. Good restaurant with good quality food. One evening restaurant made a mistake and did not deliver my wife's dinner in time so I was finished before her meal came. I told restaurant that this was their mistake, not ours and told them the least they could do is not charge us for the meal. After some back and forth they agreed to it and credited the dinner. Overall a good hotel.

After return home I found that the hotel had overcharged me on the agreed/confirmed room price I made via booking.com. Not very professional in my opinion and will wait to see if they will reimburse me on this. So actually two mistakes together with the restaurant mistake makes this two flagrant mistakes in the two nights we stayed at this hotel. A pity for a hotel with nice rooms and excellent facilities.

Plenty of restaurant and Cafe, close to major attraction, 2 stops away from Gamla Stan. Valet parking (good if you are driving a big car), nice selection of breakfast and newspaper.

Rooms are a bit small and the key card system was a bit faulty, difficult to open the door sometimes.

I was in 6th floor & had some problem in opening the main door. Problem was resolved by the reception girl within no time

There was no facility found for internet connection in the room

Initially disappointed by location, but metro was very convenient and Gamla Stan just 6 minutes away. Breakfast was great, but pay attention to their posted 'rush hours'!

Major problem was swimming pool under renovation - a major consideration in selecting the hotel!

Relaxing atmosphere, quietly in the morning, excellent breakfest, location - easy to find and walking distance to the old city and the Globe arena.

It was hard to find unoccupied tables and seats in the breakfest room. The pepper and salt boxes on the tables would be desirable.

The shower smelled. The window was bedroom window was dirty, and couldn't be opened. The air con couldn't be turned off and made a lot of noise. The bed was too soft. The staff at breakfast weren't the friendliest. Overall, not the sort of comfort that you would expect for the money.
