Przede wszystkim, jak w samym Sztokholmie, przestrzeń I brak poczucia ciasności, czego nie znoszę (z racji wzrostu :>). Trafiła nam się bardzo dobra oferta (3 noce w cenie dwóch), śniadania - wyśmienite, obsługa - bardzo miła. Codziennie czyste ręczniki, baaaardzo wygodny materac na łóżku (I mięciutka pościel) :) I duży prysznic; nawet nudne kanały w tv nie raziły ;) Szybkie windy to też plus, wszystko pięknie oprócz tego, co się nie podobało, czyli... Relax area! To totalna porażka. I chyba każdy to powie, kto tam był. Pomijając, że "hot tub" o 6 rano (sic!) było tak "hot", że ledwo usiedziałem chwilę... A przed 23 (teoretyczne zamknięcie) napływ mało kulturalnych ludków z piwskiem I wrzeszczącymi dzieciakami (o 23?! spać!!!)... Zniechęcił totalnie. Dobrze że otwierali o 6am :) cisza I spokój! |

The staff were friendly We were very unlucky. We had to change three times room because it was not clean, one was not a double room as booked. The sauna was dirty in the women showers. We couldn't find a bottle opener, the thermostat was broken and we got so hot in the night. Breakfast was crowded like if you were in ikea. |

Very nice and clean room with all the necessary facilities. Good restaurant with good quality food. One evening restaurant made a mistake and did not deliver my wife's dinner in time so I was finished before her meal came. I told restaurant that this was their mistake, not ours and told them the least they could do is not charge us for the meal. After some back and forth they agreed to it and credited the dinner. Overall a good hotel. After return home I found that the hotel had overcharged me on the agreed/confirmed room price I made via booking.com. Not very professional in my opinion and will wait to see if they will reimburse me on this. So actually two mistakes together with the restaurant mistake makes this two flagrant mistakes in the two nights we stayed at this hotel. A pity for a hotel with nice rooms and excellent facilities. |

Nice clean, large deluxe room. Large choice in breakfast buffets(!). Public parking garage and metro next door. Clean design leaves less room for classical cosines. The breakfast 'happening' is overwhelmingly mass oriented - if you have a table in one of the adjacent halls, halve of the time is spent walking. |

Plenty of restaurant and Cafe, close to major attraction, 2 stops away from Gamla Stan. Valet parking (good if you are driving a big car), nice selection of breakfast and newspaper. Rooms are a bit small and the key card system was a bit faulty, difficult to open the door sometimes. |

Initially disappointed by location, but metro was very convenient and Gamla Stan just 6 minutes away. Breakfast was great, but pay attention to their posted 'rush hours'! Major problem was swimming pool under renovation - a major consideration in selecting the hotel! |

When booking the hotel I did not realise that there was a world standard swimming complex situated right beside the hotel. I availed of this everyday. This should be used as a selling point for the hotel. Our room was overlooking a motorway and rush hour in Stockholm seems to start at 5.30am which woke me up on Friday but Saturday and Sunday there was no problem. Maybe supply ear plugs. |

Relaxing atmosphere, quietly in the morning, excellent breakfest, location - easy to find and walking distance to the old city and the Globe arena. It was hard to find unoccupied tables and seats in the breakfest room. The pepper and salt boxes on the tables would be desirable. |

The shower smelled. The window was bedroom window was dirty, and couldn't be opened. The air con couldn't be turned off and made a lot of noise. The bed was too soft. The staff at breakfast weren't the friendliest. Overall, not the sort of comfort that you would expect for the money. |

The hotel offered exceptional service, the staff were helpful and the location was wonderful only 20 meters from a metro station. The breakfast was superb and my bed was wonderful had the best nights sleep in ages. The Sodermalm district is great with a great park behind the hotel. |

Was nice first room we were allocated had not been cleaned - the staff on the front desk were clearly busy and the phones would not connect to them. However after stating the case everything was fine and we were reallocated another room. |

Excellent city location - close to the Metro station. Good bars and restaurant. Excellent customer service at reception and housekeeping Breakfast was a disaster! There was not enough floor staff for the number of guests. Not enough places to sit - although this may have been better managed by the hotel staff if they seated people (one morning I saw 1 person sit in a table for 4). The tables were not cleared quickly nor food replaced when finished. Although in fairness to the staff working, they were very pleasant and tried their best but the hotel needs to increase staff numbers! |

Good location, quite and good neighborhood. The underground is 10m form the hotel and 3 stops to the central station (5 min). Large and quite deluxe room. Crowed breakfast, no expresso coffee. No extras with the deluxe room(no tea facilities, no free payTV, no free internet...) |
