The staff was very friendly and the hotel was quite close to the city center. The rooms had no bathroom or toilet. It looked as a youth hostel. The breakfast was very basic, especially compared to the usual Swedish breakfast. |

Thought it was a very good value for money hotel with staff mostly very friendly, perfect location within the city centre, close to shops and other attractions. Breakfast was limited but can live with that. Get some fruit in the breakfast instead of the cucumbers and tomatoes! |

The room was large and airy and very quiet - we thought we were the only guests it was so quiet! The breakfast was available early and presented a good choice. The front desk staff were a bit cold and unwelcoming. |

friendliness of staff at whatever moment, cleanliness of the room, and the fare which was very attractive for the service given maybe the breakfast could be a little better, but this are no doubt Swedish habits |

Breakfast was ok as being included and offers at least a small variety, although only toast bread. Small rooms, apperance like a real budget/ hostel. Could be furnished nicer uncomfortable beds |

The location is excellent, the room and bathroom were very satisfactory, the service was excellent, the breakfast good The loud automatic noise in the bathroom every time I used water, but I guess the neighbours don't hear it |

It is a typical budget hotel, close to the central station, shopping area (Drottninggatan). Decent rooms, very helpful staff at the front desk. Very small bathroom, looks like the partitions between the rooms are thin and you can hear people talkin in the adjacent rooms |

I stayed in a triple hotel room. The room was a great room with 2 beds, and a sofa bed and many pillows and blankets. On top of that, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well. The hotel staff were very helpful, and we really appreciate the staff's help and services. I am staying on the 5th floor. The ceiling was too low, so it is easy to hit your head on the ceiling if you are not careful. The toilet had a smell initially when we checked in but thankfully it was gone in the night. The lift would not operate unless the door of the lift was closed properly. |

There was free internet access in the lobby and tourist information kiosk as well. The Wi-Fi coverage was bad and the rooms on the higher floors could not have internet access from the rooms. The room was extremely small and cramped, and there was no sitting area for the group of us to sit and chat. Even at the lobby, there was no sitting area. The only place we could go to was the dining area but the lights are turned off after 10pm. |

The breakfast was not bad One of the main problems was that the hotel wanted all the sum to be payed in advance. The internet connection is very weak and only practically works in the lobby (something the staff suggested every time I complained the connection was weak) . The plumbing in the toilet was very noisy and at last it had a weird stench of smell to it. I regret not paying a bit more and staying at a better place. |
