We liked the friendliness and flexibility of most of the staff. It is very convenient to be able to prolonge the check out hour if you ask the receptionist in advance. It would be great to have some supper served (optional). The ready food in plastic boxes available at the reception counter and to be warmed in the dining room is not really tasty. More juices/drinks would be good too. Comfort Hotel used to serve supper some years ago, and we miss it. Also the dining room environment is not very pleasant, with white plastic chairs and empty walls. It does not feel relaxing. |

Close to Central train station. Clean facilities spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Wanted to stay extra nights but rate doubled during the week. I booked more nights in Malmo on booking.com and stayed at the Scandic in town and glad I did. got a much better room at almost the same rate. |

Easy access to and from the town centre, very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast and easy parking, all in all a fairly good hotel. There should be at least 1 or more iron/floor - seems kinda "cheap" to have to go up or down one floor just to use it. No dinner facilities during the evening either, we had to go out when it would have been better for us (being quite tired after the car ride) to stay and have dinner at the hotel. No tea or coffee facilities in the room either. |

It was cleen, yuo didn´t hear the neighborus, the brekfast was ok, the lokation to the station was perfekt There where samt thongs missing in the hotelroom, a lamp in the spot over the bed was broken, a wall was missing in the shower. |

Flexibilitet, kunde äta frukost före utsatt frukosttid. Trevligt att kunna ta en våffla eller frukt på kvällen och läsa en tidning. Närheten till centralstationen och på så sätt också kastrup som jag skulle till tidigt nästa morgon. Mycket bra att kunna checka ut och betala kvällen före och sedan bara droppa nyckeln i fakcet och snabbt gå till centralstationen. Som allgergiker så tyckte jag att luften i rummet kunde varit lite bättre,lite mer friskluft hade inte skadat, där mitt rum låg var det inte lämpligt att ha lite öppet i fönstret. |

В данном отеле имеется очень неплохая опция- дети до 12 лет живут бесплатно на имеющихся кроватях. Так случилось, что непосредственно перед поездкой я решил ехать с двумя детьми( в связи с карантином дети не хъодили в школу), а номер был заказан одноместный. Персонал отеля оперативно и без напрягов всё переиграл по месту, нам выдали 3-х местный номер ( 2 кровати одна над другой как в купейном вагоне), с пониманием отнеслись к раннему отъезду и на 5 утра приготовили достаточно хороший завтрак даже с горячими блюдами. Номер как всегда в Скандинавии: Чисто, тепло, уютно, спокойно и размеренно. Дети взяли 24-х часовую карточку интернета( выдаётся бесплатно) До вокзала и автобуса, отправляющегося в Аэропорт Стуруп- 4 минуты ходьбы вразвалочку Никаких замечаний обнаружить не удалось, за исключением того, что заблокированы сайты бронировки гостиниц и покупки авиабилетов в компьютере, установленном в фойе. |
