La camera che ci è stata data era vecchia, molto piccola e senza alcuno charme, diversa dalle immagini messe online. Lavandino del bagno completamente rovinato. Per il prezzo pagato la stanza era tuttavia ok. Il personale della reception non era particolarmente cortese.

Il lavandino del bagno seppur pulito era tutto ingiallito dall'usura e dava l'impressione di sporco.Ho pagato 13 euro in più rispetto al prezzo convenzionato con booking

The room and bathroom had all that was needed, without unnecessary luxuary. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were helpfull when necessary (we weren't actually at the hotel that much), and the breakfast was fine.

Lovely building and great lay out, small but adequate rooms with really comfy beds and the same goes for the en-suite. Perfect location, right behind the train station and great free buffet style breakfast!

Don't eat at the restaurant there, limited and pricy menu with only one vegetarian main option that wasn't to our liking.

I liked that it was clean. I wished it were more affordable. I found the design tacky but hilarious (6 marshall stacks in the entrance, and a large mouth about to consume a microphone on my bedroom wall! Extremely tasteless). But I was comfortable. I loved the breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant old building I saw when I approached from the train station - and impressed by the quality of the hotel when I first entered. The lobby is very nice with interesting modern decor, the staff are professional, polite, and helpful. My room was small but comfortable, equipped with a small, modern bathroom, a large flat tv, and desk with comfortable chair - plus there is free wi- fi in the hotel. The buffet breakfast included in the price is impressive - a big choice of food and drink. Overall, a good value given its location, quality, and moderate price (for Scandinavia).

The rooms are a bit small and basic in terms of decor.

We thought the hotel itself was beautifully decorated especially the common areas and coutyards. The closeness to the train station was very important. If the room would have been up to the rest of the hotel standards, we would have been quite pleased.

We cannot begin to express how disappointed we were with our room. It was, in mild words, horrible! We had booked a 2-bed room (not a single room with an extra bed)and upon our arrival we were shown to an extremely small single room with a fold up bed on the wall. The door was standing wide open and nothing was prepared for us even though we checked in in the evening. The matress on the fold/down bed (room 199) was soiled and the small chair was tattered and not inviting to sit on. There was no air conditioning, but we could not open the windo because the room was situated on the ground foor (behind the reception area) and the windows opened out onto the street level where there was traffic and people walking and talking. The tv was on the wall, perpendicular to the one "real" bed and the person (me) who got to sleep on the fold/down bed could not see the screen. The telephone was located on a shelf by the door and far away from the beds, which was very poor planning. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. Because there was no shower stall or "lip" on the floor, the water from the shower filled the bathrrom floor and we had to wear our shoes to be able to go in there after a shower. There was no floor scraper or anything to mop up the water. The results of this is black fungus at the doorway and in the shower area and a clear smell of mildew in the bathroom. The emergency evacuation sign had fallen off the wall and was laying on the floor. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and I had to go out in the recoeption area at 3 in the morning to ask for one. We have stayed in many hotels around the world with much smaller rooms, but since they were properly equiped and planned there were no problems. I really hope that the rest of the rooms at this hotel are up to standard because if not, the reception area which is beatifully designed and decorated, is only a fake facade to trick the guests into thinking they are staying in a higher/class hotel.

Even though it belongs to a well known chain it must have had one of the worst qualities. The rooms were too warm with a heating which couldn't be regulated according to the staff. Pretentious hotel trying to be something it is not. Bad breakfast and bad rooms.

I really had a great time in this hotel, and if I sometimes come to Malmo I will again stay in Comfort hotel!
