Spacious lobby nice spa Games room Nice view amazing area
Rooms could be bigger No mini bar Poor room service
Everyhing was perfect,great design,wonderful views,delicious food:)
food, not enough options especially for children. very hit and miss.
The lobby was nice and big and relaxing but everything else was not great. The breakfast was okay for a Swedish hotel breakfast, they had plenty of options. The eggs are still those powdered eggs, they don't seem like real scrambled eggs, also the hard boiled eggs are soft boiled, so watch out.
This hotel was way overpriced for the value. Do not recommend it at all. it was filled with kids, even in the spa. We were there with friends, two younger married couples, and it was definitely a more family place. It was also very very expensive for what we got. The service was not good, the phones were never answered by the front desk. For the price, it was disappointing, we expected much more. The spa was only open until 8pm and until 6 it was full of kids, so the times were not great to enjoy it. There is only one restaurant, not two like the website says. The food was mediocre. They weren't very accommodating for the price. We wouldn't come back. Even with a family with kids, it's expensive and doesn't even really seem that kid friendly except that there were lots of them and they are allowed in the spa.
