Nice and cosy hotel in a very quiet area, not far from city center. Good breakfast, not over-crowded.

Lack of bathrobes and slippers in the room.

- Hotel reception & loppy are so comfortable - Room Design was great

- Special request for room booking (Lake View) was not taken into consideration. - Not enough variety of (international) T.V channels.

Wonderful, perfect.

It is just a bit far from the city center...but 5 mins from the Underground station.

Distence might be a problem in cold weathers although metro is cloas and u may walk to city center within 15/20mins.

New buidling, very design, with a very good restaurant. Nice sized rooms, quiet, nice bathroom as well. Very nice hotel.

The only little thing is the choice at breakfast, I've known better.

Upon arrival, which was late at night, we were met by friendly, welcoming, charming young man who was extremely helpful. Hotel appearance on arrival was warm and welcoming. Room was perfect just what we needed for our city stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

My friend likes the bar and the buffet is good.

Very very nice staff, both at check-in and check-out! Spacious elegant and very comfortable room! Wonderful showerroom! However, breakfast was a disaster! Unpolite, rude staff! The food area was not kept up, everything was finished although it was more than 30 min to closing and when we told the staff we were ignored! The hotel staff in the otyget hand handled this beautifully when we complained!!

Very kind people, always there to help you. Room and bed was very good.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Checking in and out was easy and took just a few minutes. The hotel was a few minutes from the Metro so it was easy to get to. The room was spacious with a huge bed. All in all, a very comfortable place to stay.

Reasonably priced and nice neighborhood. Relatively close to the old town: 20 minute walk by the river or a couple of stops on the Metro. Front desk extremely helpful. Nice outside cafe.

clean and price affordable!!If you are travelling with your own car this is the best place as they have inside car park and easy to go with the elevators to the car park.

Everything was just great! Most of all the stuff. They were very friendly and extremely helpfull. The location is also very nice: a litlle bit far from the main city attractions, but in very calm park just close to the lake.
