The breakfast was excellent and the location brilliant. Also the staff were helpful and commited to its customers. Nothing too severerly bad, perhaps there could have been some shampoo. |

Good location, close to Stureplan (i.e., quite central). Good breakfast (good fruits and vegetables, waffle iron, less impressive on the cheese/meat section). Small room and very limited wardrobe space (I booked a "single room, small" and these are really only suited for short stays). |

Good location with an interesting building and nice rooms. Good breakfast. My room was in a poor condition. A smoker has been there befor me and tobacco was poored all over the place not to mention the smoke. The was cleaned well after my complain but it situated on the non-smoking floor! |

I chose Crystal Plaza Hotel because it's price is reasonable, service is good and with a good location in the town. The room is little bit too small, smaller than those expect to be a small room. |

Near the city center and shopping area (walk distance), pleasant staff, tasty breakfast with good choice of meals, comfortable bad, coffee and tea making possibility in the room. |

the location is very central, and a few minutes walk away from the main shooping center. I booked a single room so was expecting something rather small and i was nicely surprised. Notthing fancy about the room though, but it was clean and comfortable the bathroom... was very odd! the bath was slightly elevated and one could see a drain right below it. i ran myself a bath and when I unplugged the tub, the water poored all over the bathroom floor (the bath mat and my clothes were then soaking wet!), before being sucked in by the drain on the floor... A warning sign would have been welcome! |

Very clean, very convenient for someone who wishes to see the city, a very good mixture of tradition and modernity. Very good breakfast. Even the small room that I chose was so correctly decorated that it did not matter at all that it was small. |

I like the location of the hotel and cleanlines of the rooms. A special thanks to the polite and smiling housekeeping. I travel 100-150 days every year and for me it is very importent to see smiling faces in the hotels. The bathroom could be little bigger! |

It was a good compromise of money and proximity to the city center. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good for *** Bit noisy on the street and room door did not shut totally. 2 lamps in the chandelier were broken.The hotel had certainly seen better times before. |

The location is perfect, it almost close to the shopping street and the whole centre seems available. I had a single room, but it was surprising small, too small even. It would be better it the area of the room would be showed while making the reservation. |
