Location is excellent. The single room is rather tiny, but it's comfortable enough for one person. So it's not a big issue. |

The brekfast room and the staff in the brekfast room was unsatisfactory The staff was nearly unpolite specialy there is an Asian gentlemen there which should not be working in service altogether |

Location was great, very nice breakfast and the room was really clean. I would have expected the room to be a bit bigger for the price we paid. Bed was too soft and I had a back pain afterwards. |

Centrally located, good breakfast, good experience overall. The WiFi connection is free and of excellent quality. The heating could be better. The temperature was not uncomfortable, but neither ideal. |

A great place to stay in Stockholm. Next to "the" places there all locals go to show up during the weekends. Nice restaurants next door, even they are not so cheap. Hotel itself is really nice. Just a warning, that single rooms are quite small. |

Hotel staff extremely helpful and went "the extra miles" for our comfort. A mistake on my part regarding the check in date was swiftly and professionally taken care of and we were booked into a close by hotel for 1 night. Stayed at Crystal Plaza Hotel for 3 nights. Superb breakfasts! |

the location was perfect. very central to everything. the room is the smallest room I have ever stayed in, in my life. if the beds were any closer, we would be on top of each other. its too small for even 1 person, leave alone 2. not happy about that. |

Central location and moderate prices The cheapiest room (small single) has been upgraded to double room - that's was nice, but the room had no windows. |
