Thomas, the proprietor is extremely hospitable and friendly -- so is the entire staff. Rooms are not as small as I expected. Ask for a room overlooking the city library if you want a more interesting view. This would also be a good place to stay if you're thinking of investing in a Dux bed. Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had -- all rooms are equipped with Duxianna bedding. |

Very pleasent and attentive staff. Big room for Europe. Bathroom very nice. Very well appointed. Good food spots in the neighborhood. Actually stayed open to midnight, docs said closed at 10PM. Ran out of eggs in the morning. Coffee was a bit rough. Breakfast is in the lobby. Independant temperature control in rooms would be nice. Had to open window to drop temperature to my liking. Would like a single sheet on bed instead of comforter. |

The hotel was central. The bed was very comfortable (the hotel is owned by a bed company). The staff were really helpful. We were able to park our car opposite in the library carpark. |

Staff was excellent and service minded, location perfect, nice and clean. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Nice - but small - single room. Breakfast with very few choices didn't at all match the hotel standard. Elevator didn't work properly. The internet connection was extremely slow, even if it was for free. |

Behavior of Staff, Interior decoration of room, comfortable bed, iron (that mostly hotels do not provide. It saved my life in terms of ironing conference dress :-)) Refrigerator should not be empty. At least it should have some water or soda. |

Small, comfortable and quiet. Very personal reception. It is my favorite hotel in Lund. I had a large room and a huge bathroom. Beds - by Dux - are the best. |

Nice hotel, spacious room. A bit loud in the evening (on the street side) but with the windows closed, it was fine. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. It would be good if the hotel had bicycles for rent (on the weekend you can't rent them anywhere in town). |

Very comfortable bed indeed. Wireless internet (free of charge!) worked flawlessly. Although my room was a double, there was a glass door into the bathroom - if you're sharing, hopefully you know your room-mate very well because if you're in bed, you'll be able to see them sitting on the toilet...!! |

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help. I came quite early but still got a room. The receptionist went to ask the cleaningwoman, if she had something ready. He even made a new key, because the key for that room was missing. The breakfast was superb. The bed was comfortable. There was an iron and ironing board in my room. |
