The ease of booking with booking.com and the fact that the hotel staff sorted out my problem very quickly. The fact that when I arrived that evening (they knew I was an late arrival) was informed that they had double booked and I had to move hotels (this turned out to be at my advantage as its which was a better quality one). My booking had been doubled checked prior to my visit and although they had my contact number they did not try to contact me to pre warn me.

Breakfast was great with many options. Staff was professional and helpful. Spoke English very well. Wifi connection was weak. I kept losing my connection.

great location, perfect if you want to be close to the bars and the short walk to the river. staff were not very helpful, commented that i should not be wearing a tracksuit having just stepped off the plane in a sweatshirt.

Room was comfortable and clean, very quiet, classy hotel The room was too hot and I was unable to turn down the thermostat, no matter how many times I tried - it kept going back to the set temperature.

We felt welcome! We stayed fr.O.M. Saturday to à sunday, the hotel let us have late check out up to 6p.M. Very nice and a good service for weekend guests. Breakfast up to 12 A.M. Nice room with comfortable beds!

location, clean, breakfast, room space compared to other hotels in Stockholm I tried to adjust the temperature it was not increasing from 21 and the air coming into the room was actually cold. The room was not not totally comfortable.

Breakfast and location. Breakfast is truly lovely and copious and the hotel is located right next across from a central park and the östermalm area is a very nice, affluent part of Stockholm. I'm very pleased. Some front desk staff have a little bit of an attitude problem, but overall it was fine

Very good position,in a cery nice neighborhood close to all attractions and shopping areas. Walking distance from central station. Hotel is brand new and nicely decorated. Excellent value for money considering Stockholm standards for bars and restaurants. A large buffet breakfast was included in the price. The hotel has also two small sauna. The staff is young,friendly and super helpful. Nothing big. Just a minor fault: not much space for the luggage and no drawers at all.

Great and nice rooms, great breakfast, silent - little noise from streets or others, helpful reception Cleaning the room happened very late, might be because we stayed at 1st floor, but would have liked it earlier.

The hotel is perfectly located nearby a metro station at the heart of a posh shopping area with great restaurants offering. Breakfast is amazing with a variety of fresh food and served in a nice dining area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!
