Atmosphere was extremley friendly and all was very clean and tidy

Very nice And comfortable hotel, actually excellent value for the price paid. We travelled with a baby and our teenager son, especially the kids' play corner was a great surprise we all loved. We would visit it again and again and definitely recommend it to everyone.

The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, the sink especially. The water wasn't drwaning like it had to. It was every time a torture to wash hands and/or to brush our teeth, because the lavatory (sink) was full with water after seconds and it took very long to get it out...

The breakfast was excellent. Also children were taken into account by having a playarea at the lounge and having play material available for them.

It's location, the lobby and restaurant. very good breakfast and bar.

I stayed here 6 or 7 years ago when rooms were new. now rooms are getting old and tatty.

Extremly hot room. Because of that I would not recommend the hotel and I would not go again. Overall rating very poor because of hot room and missin air condition

Nothing. Worst value for money of my 5 week trip

1) No proper aircon. Room like an oven. Offered me a fan when I complained. Aircon duct 1.7cm x 15cm with a trickle of cold air flowing in. Gave me an inferior room, same price. Not much better. 2) spa opens at 10h00. What leisure or business traveller is still there that time. Misleading. 3) ask receptionist to recommend a nice restaurant. Did not have a clue. We found something after wandering around. 4)Staff started clearing up breakfast at 09h30. Supposed to serve until 10h00. A total rip off

It was friendly,helpful and went out of their way to look after you. Lovely coffee and snacks all day, comfortable and clean. Lovely rooms and a storming breakfast choice that is constantly being refreshed. I loved it, can you tell

Large, comfortable room with a good layout and a great view. My request for a room with a bath, as opposed to just a shower, was taken note of. Large flat-screen TV, good wi-fi internet access. Excellent breakfast and staff present and busy when things got crowded.

Facing the river, I found it a little bit noisy late on a Friday night from the terrace of the pub below, and in the early morning from the trains / trams - neither severe enough to justify a complaint. Otherwise only compliments for this hotel.

Helpful staff, especially when the bathroom flooded

The power adaptor I brought with me did not work so I asked Reception if I could borrow one temporarily. Unfortunately Reception did not have one available.

Jag har haft rätt många hotellnätter varje år de senaste 45 åren men trevligare personal än på Elite Grand Hotell i Norrköping har jag aldrig mött! Serviceminded och med glimten i ögat. Heders!
