I paid for the a bit more than "normal" room and what I got was a smoker´s room !! It is amazing that Elite allows people to smoke in their rooms. All my clothes, suitcase etc. smelled couple of days since I had left the hotel |

Can't think of anything, it was really disappointing. I wanted to stay in luxury/comfortable hotel and was willing to pay more. Elite Palace is very expensive so you expect it to be good. I was very disappointed when I arrived to hotel. It's not fresh inside, especially when you come out of the lift. Rooms are also old and not fresh. |

The buffe breakfast was good and the eating area was pleasant. Just the business as usual although there were renovations. |

Good quality for price and a secure garage. Convenient for metro for easy access to city centre Restaurant was closed during July. Meals could be obtained in adjacent pub owned by Hotel but food was poor and service servile. |

Price of the stay was a real deal. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop where you can catch Arlanda Airport coaches. Breakfast is very generous, it even includes meatballs and pancakes. Location is pretty far from city center. Sanitary fittings better be renewed. Wi-Fi is charged. |

Their facilities are little bit old but they keep them clean and confortable. Although it is written that W-LAN is freely available in booking.com' explanation, they served it for a charge. |

Allt var perfekt. Kanon bra för barnen också. Bara en sådan sak som att de fick kritor och papper i väntan på maten gör att alla kan koppla av.Vänlig personal och mycket hög service. |
