One child under 12 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child under 12 years is charged SEK 200.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
All further older children or adults are charged SEK 300.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

I liked the staff I encountered--always friendly and helpful. As well, the location was great, and the associated restaurants etc. were enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent. I did not like the internet service. The downloads were extremely slow and very, very expensive. Traveling on business in Europe and America I rely on a stable, fast and reasonably priced connections. The trend in America and continental Europe is to free wireless connectivity-as I recently experienced in Stockholm, Vancouver and Ottawa. |

It is a very smart , well run hotel with modern comfortable hotel bedrooms. The staff are well trained , remain in the background but respond swiftly and positively to guests needs and requests. When arriving at the hotel we were given a very small bedroom which faced the front of the hotel adjacent to a busy main road . I had little sleep that night due to the noise from passing traffic.The following morning I raised concerns about the noise and the size of the room .Despite the hotel being very busy the receptionist immediately arranged for a room change which was excellent . |

I paid for the a bit more than "normal" room and what I got was a smoker´s room !! It is amazing that Elite allows people to smoke in their rooms. All my clothes, suitcase etc. smelled couple of days since I had left the hotel |

Can't think of anything, it was really disappointing. I wanted to stay in luxury/comfortable hotel and was willing to pay more. Elite Palace is very expensive so you expect it to be good. I was very disappointed when I arrived to hotel. It's not fresh inside, especially when you come out of the lift. Rooms are also old and not fresh. |

Skönt med nyrenoverade hotell, snyggt & fräscht. Lugnt hotell, klart +. Rummet (som skulle vara högre kvalitet än standard, var det verkligen det vi fick...?!) var alldeles för litet och badrummet var otroligt petit och dåligt planerat. Mycket synd och oväntat! Det fanns inte extra täcken & kuddar på rummet men receptionen fixade snabbt upp det. |

Trevligt bemötande av personalen. Fin frukostbuffé. Trevliga rum med sköna sängar. Ett minus tycker är att, det tog inträde för hotellgäster till Pool och SPA avdelningen.Detta tycker jag är något som borde ingå i hotellpriset, framför allt att när min dotter ville bada i poolen fick jag betala inträde för mig som vuxen trots att jag informerade om att jag bara skulle vara med som sällskap. |

Lidt skuffet over serviceniveau. Lidt dårligt informationsniveau. Man kunne ikke læse på hjemmesiden at der skulle betales ekstra for at bruge fitness. Uddan personalet bedre, mere kundevenligt, serviceminded osv. |

Utrolig sødt personale, meget hjælpsomme og professionelle. Pænt hotel i en rimelig klasse til pengene. Mere aflæggeplads i værelset. Hylder i badeværelse, alle har en til to toilettasker med som skal placeres. Øl i minibar. |
