the worst hotel Staff is not polite, sometimes angry and malicious. Took money from my card twice! The smell is like in hospital. |

The room I had was big enough and very clean, the staff most friendly. You can open the windows of the room (although not at full) and do not have to live on the air-conditioned molecules provided by the central ventilation system. The restaurant was also fine with nice food and a fair selection of wine. |

The hotel has a very good location in the center of the city and close to the areas of interest to tourists. The staff was very kind and nice with us. The room was very cosy, maybe, the bathroom was a litlle small. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel where you can find the bus which takes you to the airport in 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was good. |

comfortable bedding bbc world rather than cnn would already be a plus, please also get rid of the funerary type music at breakfast. The hotel does not have a real 'personality' or place you can do anything more than sleep. |

Very friendly and helpful staff - from the front desk reception to the greeting as you enter the breakfast area. Hard to find from the outside - as a tourist more recognizable signage would have been helpful |

staff was good,,they offered me small mirror ,,iron,iron table,,bus of airport in front of hotel,, breakfast is the same everyday,,may be if adding or changing some of the menu on the open buffet will be nice,,,,no touristic guides for trips inside or outside goteborg,,mirror instead of tableau above the desk is better ,,dental kit ,sllipers were not in the room |

The room had everything I needed to stay six nights comfortably - reliable high-speed internet, kettle, good shower, comfortable bed and wonderful continental breakfast included in the price. Perfect location too, and the airport bus stops right outside the door. Nothing - everything was good. |

I liked the feeling of being pampered. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a wonderful buffet with lots of variety. We walked downtown and went to a soccer match and enjoyed the convenience to the Museum which is a block away. The staff was most helpful with questions we had. We did not eat in the restaurant but it looked very nice. |

The staff, the nice environment, clean hotell There were a lot of noice from the upper floor when the cleaning staff were vacuuming, also it appeared to be some maintenance which made a lot of noices. |
