The use of Internet. Quality of the restaurant food is very good. The room was extremely small and noisy and only had a window to open to the restaurant. I wanted to have a look at my mails at 16.50 hours in the bar, were I was completely alone and was sent away by the barman as it was not allowed to do use your notebook in the bar after 16.00 pm. I was 10 minutes to late for my breakfast in the morning as i had slpet very bad due to the inconvinient room and found a closed door to the restaurant. |

In Booking.com this hotell was listed as a 5 stars hotell but when went to the hotell it was only 4 stars. It was ok for us to pay a little more since we thought it was a 5 stars hotell but we were a bit disappointed since it was a 4 stars hotell. There were a lot of great hotell in the area 4-stars and way much cheaper! The Hotell was very good, clean room, the breakfast was great. Very clean bathroom, coazy room. The room was cold. I was not a five stars hotell only 4 so it was expensive by that standerd. Old fat TV. |

Very friendly people at the reception and restaurant The room (standard 1-bed) was small. Press for trousers and iron was not in the room but was easily arranged when requested. The noise from corridor was easily heard trhough the wall/door. |

Mycket bra frukost.Vänligt och korrekt bemötande.Bra läge för cityvistelse.Bra restaurang Rumsbeskrivningen på enkelrium var parkettggol ocg säng fristående på golvet.Stämde inte med rummet jag fick.En smutsig heltäckande matta på golvet.Litet rum utan fönster som gick att öppna.Sängen stod emot en vägg.Mycket litet rum.Varmt och dålig luft.Stämde inte med beskrivningen varför jag blev mycket besviken på detta 5-stärniga hotell |

Frukosten. Jättetrevlig känsla i hotellet Min dusch läckte så att hela glovet blev blött när jag duschade. Trots att jag sa till gjordes inget åt det och jag fick inte extra handdukar dag nr 2 (gick ju åt för att torka upp allt vatten!) |

Det bästa var nog möjligheten till sen utcheckning på söndagen vilket innebar möjlighet att behålla rummet till 18.00 utan extra debitering. Vi bokade detta fem-stjärniga hotell med förhoppningen att få ett lite lyxigare rum än normalt. Det rum som vi tilldelades var ganska litet och med två väldigt små fönster. |

Jag fick bra hjälp av personalen. Faciliteterna var bra och frukosten var superb Nej. Kanske var parkeringen för dyr (250kr) men bilen kördes dit och hämtades så det är kanske vad man får betala. |

Topp hotell med flotte rom, nydelige fellesarealer og bra beliggenhet. Frokosten var bra, men kunne vært enda litt bedre med hensyn på at Elite Plaza er et hotell av såpass høy klasse. Uansett: Svært god verdi for pengene sammenliknet med hoteller i andre land i Europa, og vi kommer absolutt tilbake! Oppgradere frokosten litt. |

bra service i reception och vålstädade rum. maten var god i resturangen. mysiga lokaler priserna på garagetparkering tycker jag var väl mycket samt drinkarna vi tog före maten väl saftiga.. 132kr st för 2 drinkar. samt betalning för tidningarna på morgonen.( aftonbladet och gt). var min första gång då jag debiteras för detta och vi bor på hotell ganska ofta. |

Meget dejligt hotel, meget fin service, fremragende værelse, med god plads og udsigt, man føler sig velkommen og veltilpas, forplejningen er meget fin, Hotellet er absolut anbefalelsesværdigt. Gårdhaven til morgenmaden er meget smagfuldt lavet. |
