Elite Plaza Hotel    

Excellent hotel with friendly and very service minded staff. I can really recommend Elite Plaza Hotel.

This hotel represents what one would want in wonderful stay in Gothenburg. From the moment we arrived to our departure in the early morn for a flight back to the USA, every staff member did their very best to make sure our every need was catered to. From front desk to valet parking to room service , restaurants and more all were guest-oriented with the greatest hospitatlity to be offered.

There absolutely was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

The hotel was undergoing renovation with building works going on. Dust and building debris was noted on several floors. Even the main staircase was covered in building dust. The valet parking forget too mention that the parking fee was 35 Euro equivalent per night which quickly added up over several days. Staff generally polite but remote.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants, very clean, good breakfast

Children get bored, it is nothing for them to do..:( they have a lot of space, i think some biliard table and pinball machines will help a lot...:) or a childrens corner..:)) PS3 may be??

Location... The entrance and staircase was stunning... The dinning atrium was impressive... Breakfast... Jacuzzi bath... Comfortable bed... Two duvets...

Being woken up by the glass recycling collections (Fri. & Mon. mornings at 6am!)... Static from handrails caused by a very dry atmosphere... Unable to have music in the bathroom...

Very professional staff, lovely decorated hotel, nice room and wifi, great location.

A lot of noise from the hallway outside. Needs to be better isolated.

Nice hotel, good quality rooms, great location for shopping. Only two tram stops from Central Station or a short walk.

Close to Central Station, the shopping streets, and the Folkets Hus conference center. Elegant, tasteful rooms. Great breakfasts.

The breakfast is simply to poor for a hotel that rates itself 5 star. There is no at the table service and the buffet is very basic.

The decor of both lobby and our room were above reproach at this price level. There is a tireless and diligent staff maintaining the highest standards for upkeep and client assistance. Room size was larger than we expected

Extremely limited room space for two people. A shower fitted with half a glass door that did not touch the floor enough to stop the water from going underneath and completely covering the toilet with water. The special offer for unlimited movies did not work due to films freezing every ten minutes and poor picture quality.

but wifi is really bad.

Bathroomwas lovely but the rest of the room was very dated and not particulalry well planned out. No dressing table area so had to drag chair across room to dry hair in front of wardrobe mirror. No tea and coffess making facilities. Use of jaguar car for 4 hours as past of deal on room was excellent though and very easy to manage.
