This historic charmer allows you to feel like 14th century nobility with the luxury and convenience of the 21st century! Imagine sleeping in a four poster bed in a massive suite with 12 foot ceilings! Great beds and seriously romantic rooms. |

Old hotel with a difference and a bit of character, Excellent location,nice restaurant/bar No control for tv, didn't collect my breakfast order left on door at 10pm, no tea making facilities, awkward with bags I had to negotiate 2 lifts and 2 corridor walks to get to room, no porterage to help, appeared very short staffed I had to wait at reception to check in whilst the checkin answered the phone |

We were happy with the location as we were pulling our luggage from the train station. Wireless Internet was quick but having to get a user name and password every three hours was a bit of a nuisance. Breakfast buffet was tasty. The layout was a little strange but apparently they had one hotel in two buildings. |

Proximity to the railway station. Friendly and competent front desk staff. The breakfeast room did open only at 07:30 on week-ends. That particular day I needed to go out early. Breakfeast at 06:30 during the week and 07:00 on week-ends would be better. |

Have stayed here before and always good. Offered a change of room beacuse of noisey party outside the control of the hotel. No and will be staying there agin in future. |

I needed to stay one night to catch a train to Copenhagen Airport early morning, and booked Savoy because it is literally across the street from Malmo central station. Perfect location, great service, nice rooms, delicious breakfest. When I made a reservation, I added a comment that I would need two king-size beds. Upon arrival I got a room with two twin-size beds. But it was enough for me and my daughter. |

The breakfast was fine and from good quality. The location is very nice, right in the middle of the city. We have booked a Deluxe Room, but the room was very small (more like a standaard room) and very hot. There was no extra luxery you expect when you book a deluxe room. The bathroom is very out dated and not clean (there is fungus in tile joints) |

The hotel decoration was nice, as was the breakfast room. And it was close to the train station, which is very convenient. Yes - the room had a leaking pipe and a wet towel thrown carelessly around it. It didn't look right at all. And it was much too hot. The hotel staff said that it was because of the unusually hot weather, but the room itself was hotter than the air outside. It was extremely uncomfortable and not acceptable for a hotel of this ranking. |

The hotel is right next to the train station. Got in after 10pm and couldn't get room service. Being tired after a long trip it was a bummer to have to go out to eat. |

It was very close to the station and downtown, and very convenient. We were put in the room which was located a far from the elevator that made a little hard for us since we had a large and heavy lagguage. |

Rummet var rymligt och rent. Vi hade önskat att få rummet med himmelssängen och det fick vi också (209). Där fanns t o m en liten "hall" som gjorde att det kändes ännu lyxigare. Sängarna var sköna och lagom mjuka. Personalen var vänliga och tillmötesgående (kom upp med tandkräm till rummet när vi upptäckte att vi glömt tuben hemma). Toppen med sen utcheckning (till kl. 18.00!) som man har på helgerna, då hann vi med en shoppingrunda på stan också. God frukost. Restaurangen är helt I stil med ett litet gammaldags franskt bistro/café. Ok som frukostmatsal men kändes inte rätt miljö för en romantisk middag för två precis. Men det finns ju en hel del andra restauranger I närheten att välja mellan! |
