The room was really nice, and quiet. The staff very friendly, and that is included the Bishops Arms which probably belongs to the hotel. And Breakfast in the morning was spot on. Great place, and would stay again if back in Lulea. |

Ett plus var att man inte behövde checka ut på söndag kl 12 utan fick stanna till 18. Var perfekt för oss, då vårat tåg gick 18:40 Tv på vårat rumm hakade upp sig ( bilden frös) när man tittade på film som man betalade för. |

beliggenheten er bra. Stort og romslig hotellrom. Vi var ikke imponert av frokosten. Det bør ryddes mer og frokostbuffeten kunne vært mer delikat. Utvalget i minibaren var dårlig. |

Lage, mitten in der Stadt. Lokale im Haus. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Ausstattung im Zimmer etwas abgewohnt. Zwei Pullover hingen von meinem Vorgänger im Kasten. Minibar war nicht geputzt und hinter der Minibar stand eine Bierdose. Dies war etwas irritierend. Bad altmodisch. |

trevlig personal som inte var påklistrade utan korrekta med humor, fortsätt i den stilen och ni kommer att ha mycket nöjda gäster i framtiden, även jag med hustru kommer på fler besök. Åt h-vete för dyr parkering i källaren, max 50 kr /dygn är det värt. |

Flott italiensk resturang,nydelig mat. Fantastisk pub med meget god service og et meget godt øl sortimang. Ja. Få kokkene til å sitte på stoler på kjøkkenet, ikke på arbeidsbenkene. |

Trevliga rum, trevliga lokaler. Frukosten var inte mer än vad man "måste" ha. Inget extra utan snikvarianter av allt. Halvfabrikat på bröd, pannkakor, köttbullar osv. |

Likte at det var et så stort og pent utformet hotell. Kjempegod frokost og fint stort treningslokale! Fyll minibaren med annet enn mineralvann! Og fiks kanten på garagen (bilen skrapte nedi bakken da jeg kjørte ut). |

Bra läge. Rent och snyggt. Borden i restaurangen var inte alltid rengjorda efter tidigare gäster, både vid frukost och middag. Saknade små korvar vid frukost. TV alltfför liten för rummet. Saknade BBC World. |
