High standard room. Location in the center of the City.

I think this is a very good choice when staying in Luleå, but the hotel will soon need some small improvment here and there in order to keep its "first class feel".

Friendly staff, good sizes rooms and relaxed environment

No milk in room for tea or coffee, but provided once asked. Do refill the tea and coffee in the room please.

Staff were very helpful. Restaurant was very good (evening meal) and the breakfast is superb - best I have had at most hotels.

We have been coming to this hotel for a few years and sadly its condition is getting more and more worn. We booked a deluxe but had to move as the drains smelt so bad. The bathroom was very worn and chipped with string holding the plug in the bath, and a mismatching toilet seat that had not been fixed on properly. Paintwork every where was also very chipped and worn. Such a shame - I will not be booking this hotel again.

The dinner room with the candles , also our breakfast very good .

The cleaning of the room could be at a higher standard

Breakfast and the location were both excellent. Staff were very helpful. Very clean. very powerful shower too.

Good food and friendly daytime staff

Night receptionist was completely incompetent and shouldn`t be working in a reception!! I stayed there on the 30th nov and still haven`t decided if i will be using the Elite in Luleå again. I have worked in the hotel business for over 14yrs and have rarely seen such ignorance. Ruined my stay to be honest and i expect some compensation!

Superb location, easy connection to the airport. Simple and in good taste. Good restaurant.

Good location if you want to be in the city centre. Nice price during summer weekend (special offers). Breakfast from 07.00 also on weekends.

The view out from my room was a wall only 2 meters away...

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful, giving useful advice about the city and things to do there. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of foods.

The hotel seemed a little older, and the second floor was under renovation while I stayed there, so I assume the hotel ownership is improving the appearance. One problem was the wireless internet connection on the fourth floor (where my room was) did not consistently work, and even when it did, connection was weak and slow.

Sköna sängar å fina rum även om det verkar skilja lite på standarden då en del rum verkar nyrenoverade å en del lite äldre( men ändå fina) trevlig personal å superbt läge. God mat på Tallkotten å trevligt på Bidhop arms. Hade en kanonweekend!

Dålig juice på frukostbuffén Restaurenten stängde lite tidigt Puben stängde 23:00 Ingen mat eller dryck om man kom sent på kvällen som vi gjorde.

Bad og toalett er litt lite

Frukosten var utmärkt, städningen utmärkt,

vistelsen i stort, att hotellet ligger mitt i stan, att man kan smita ner på puben utan att stå i kön utanför. Fräsch frukost med trevlig personal.

Saknade: morgontidningarna borde ligga i hotellets foajé från morgon till kväll, inte i matsalen. Det var det enda jag kan komma på, i övrigt är jag jättenöjd och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Minibar och ismaskin , alltid ett plus.

Vi fick ett nyrenoverat rum, lät bra. till vår glädje såg vi att mörkläggningsgardiner fanns. men, när morgonsolen kom, så upplyste den rummet, gardinerna var inga riktiga mörkläggnins-dito. borde man inte kolla sånt innan man köper in. Heltäckningsmattan i grovt material , typ bast, hur mycket damm och skit fastnar där? Dammallergiker ska nog välja annat hotell. Om sängarna nu var nya, dom var så mjuka så att man låg som i en påse. Kanske en charmkurs till receptionspersonalen, inte ens en fråga om allting var till belåtenhet, och ett välkommen åter hade nog varit trevligt, men nix.

Stiliga rum, välstädat. Bra kundbetjäning. Bra morgonmål. Bra läge.

Avsikten var att parkera en personbil med släp i hotellets garage. Höjden på garageporten var väldigt låg så vi kunde inte få ned släpet i hotellgaraget. Om jag minns rätt så var maxhöjden 175 cm, vilket inte var tillräckligt för vårt släp. Den vänliga personalen lät oss parkera utanför hotellet, och allt ordnade sig till det bästa.
