No cooling, room was uncomfortably hot overnight despite use of electic fan provided on request by front desk. No fine dining restaurant, pub type meal was quite satisfactory for whwt it was. Tourist information available at desk was minimal |

Impressing entrance and the rooms were spacious and we were lucky to get rooms facing the front. Very good breakfast. No good parking-facilities! The elvator was horrible!!! |

We liked the Art Nouveau design. Our room faced Vasteras cathedral, a lovely view. The hotel is situated centrally in a very nice part of town. It is a friendly and comfortable hotel, with an extremely good breakfast. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We thought it a pity that the hotel didn't have a restaurant. There was a pub/bar where you could have a simple meal but it was extremely crowded and noisy. |

Hotel overall is somewhat outdated, but is ok. The refurbished rooms are great. I stayed in a de luxe room with a super large very comfartable double bed. Worth paying the extra. My kids stayed in other type of rooms and bed was too small. The single room was not refurbished yet and was just ok. |

The friendliness of staff and their willingness to make my stay a pleasurable experience. This is not a real complaint,more a suggestion that the English Breakfast could be improved upon. Visually and the quality of the ingredients used. |

Allt var nog bra. Ett bra läge till ett vettigt pris med ett bra boknings alternativ. Det jag tyckte var sämre var väl mest nerslitenheten på rummen.... |

Jag tyckte att det var trevligt!!! ; ) Det luktade lite I toaletten när jag kom, det är inte fräsht att det luktar första gången man kommer, jag skrev en lapp till receptionen om att glasbordet vid fönstret borde fixas och om toalettstolen annars var det bra! |

För kort tid att bedömma! Hyggligt Hotell centralt! Tvättstället var under all kritik! Fyr stjärnigt Hotell med ett tvättställ som var totalt ohygeniskt, sprucket totalt! |

Schlossähnliches Hotel mit grosszügigem Zimmer (Deluxe) und professioneller Reception. Das Bett war viel zu weich und der Lift zu klein und beunruhigend langsam. |

Vänligt och professionellt bemötande vid ankomst och avresa. Jag tycker att miljön är fin. Hotellet ligger mycket bra mitt i centrum av Västerås, bra för egentligen vilket ändamål man än har för övernattning(ar). Det känns litet av historia i byggnaden - jag är gammal Västeråsbo. |

Trevlig personal, fint rum, bra läge. Sängen var utsliten, fläckar i duschen, fläckar på sängkläder, frukostbuffén var i minsta laget - tog slut fort och fylldes ej på tillräckligt fort. |
