The friendliness of staff and their willingness to make my stay a pleasurable experience. This is not a real complaint,more a suggestion that the English Breakfast could be improved upon. Visually and the quality of the ingredients used. |

Peace and quite during night time Smelly bathroom, due to worne out sink and use of incorrect sealer in shower. Time for full renovation of the bathroom. |

Nice room - good location. 1) We were stuck in the elevator (5 meters from front desk) and rang the alarm for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged the very loud bell. |

Die angenehme Atmosphäre dieses Hauses hat mir gefallen und das Preis /Leistungssverhältnis hat gepaßt. Im Hotel war alles gut. Aber leider war gerade das Cityfestival als wir dort wohnten und dadurch war es so laut, daß wir nicht schlafen konnten. |

Trevlig och glad personal som var hjälpsam Svårt att klara värmen, ingen AC Fram för Hotellet på torget var det ett Tivoli, Detta var ett stort störande arangemang under tre nätter. |

das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer, super Frühstücksbuffet, klein aber feine Sauna im Hotel ich habe mich beim buchen im Internet beim Namen "Delouxe room" etwas täuschen lassen und habe mir ein grosses Zimmer mit grossem Bad (inkl Badewanne) vorgestellt, Delouxe nennen sie dort angeblich die neu renovierten Zimmer, das Hotel hat also auch noch "alte und unrenovierte" Zimmer!! |

Det har ett väldigt bra läge, personalens bemötande var okey. Vi bodde i ett Delux rum och det var trevligt inrett. Tycker att det har varit det bästa alternativet i Västerås av de jag har provat. Jag tycker att det inte motsvarar ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Jag gillar inte när handtag eller andra detaljer sitter löst eler när det inte är städat på visa ställen i rummet. |

Väldigt bra service från personalen, bra parkering på framsidan samt jättekul med en kuddmeny där man kunde välja den rätta kudden för dig. Trots att vi betalade för superier rum (bättre rum) samt fick ett nyrenoverat rum så var rummet väldigt litet och trång. Passade mer som singelrum med mindre säng |

Besviken kommer inte till baka och vi är ute väldigt ofta så det blir väll skrapan nästa gång där har vi alltid haft det lungt. Jag sov bara 3 timmar på natten det var fest hela jävla natten det var ingen som hde informerat om det efter kl 3 blev det tyst kl 6 började det slå i dörrarna och kl 8 startade dammsugningen. |
