The TV service - it required a couple of menu choices to get to ordinary tv stations instead of utilizing pay services |

Very nice building, cosy rooms. Got a very good price also. when I came for breakfast (at 840 am) almost no china and glasses were available.. adn barly any tables.. had to use a very small coffee plate. Next morning I went up early to get good place but to have to go up at 8 on a Sunday just to have good breakfast is not what I want to do on vacation. |

This hotel is perfect for visiting Stockholm but rooms are too small if you would travel wuith 3 young children. We were contacted by the hotel that ur room would be upgraded to be able to fit in 2 babycots but on the arrival no baby beds were in the room. Also the restaurant was closed on sundayevening which was not mentioned on the website of booking.com |

Perfect location The bedroom was too small and it wasn't very clean - the same has to be said for the bathroom . A four stars hotel should offer a better breakfast . |
