Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

It is comfortable, clean and the location of the hotel is excellent for visiting the town. I would say if the variety of food choice has room for improvement, otherwise, it's excellent |

beautiful views, nearby shopping and restaurants, very helpful staff No air conditioning: windows w/ view are wonderful - but you need the windows open in the summer and weekend nights are very loud from nearby bars/restaurants |

Staff were very helpful. Restaurant serves excellent food but unfortunately isn't open at lunchtime. Central location is great, although this means it can suffer from a lot of noise Fri/Sat night. I would definitely not class this as a 4* hotel. The bedroom furniture is new, but the bathroom was in a poor state: cracked shelf, lots of pre-drilled holes in tiles, poor lighting. The bath plumbing is straight out of the 70's: the whole floor gets soaked every time you have a shower. We were given a 'non-smoking' room on arrival but it clearly was not - it took 2 days to get rid of the stench of smoke in the room. And as much as it pains me to say it, the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room is also a pain - having to go down 3 floors to the reception every time you want a drink becomes a hassle after a while! |

Close to town centre First room was next to lift and had a very noisey night with the lift going up and down all night and doors opening. I e-mailed the hotel prior to travelling via your web site asking for a quiet room - they obviously did not read my request, but I moved room next day. |

Tyckte det kändes som en lyxig atmosfär och det var det den bästa hotellfrukost vi ätit. På våningen över oss vid 02.00 lät det som personer hoppade från stolar eller bord hårt ner i golvet. Vaknade och det tog ett tag innan det blev tyst igen. |

Ligger perfekt midt i byen med fin adgang til kultur(f.eks. museer) og shopping. Ligger også centralt for ture i omegnen med kultur og naturoplevelser Bedre information om spa-velvære-osv muligheder. Hvad var der i "relax"-rummene og kunne jeg bare bruge dem ?? |

Bra värde för pengarna, mycket bra läge. Rent och snyggt. Personalen i receptionen var inte vidare serviceminded, bäddmadrasserna skulle behöva bytas, frukosten var ganska inspirationslös. |
