Det finns inte så mycket att välja på i detta område, så det blir då Brukshotellet. Jag bor rätt ofta på hotell och det jag tycker om Brukshotellet är att personalen inte verkar gilla sitt jobb. Hälsar inte på morgonen vid frukost och allmänt lite ointresserad av gästerna. Jämför man tex, med personalem på Statshotellet i Katrineholm som hälsar, ser glada ut och man känner sig välkommen.

Det är lättillgängligt, inte svårt att hitta. Allt gick smidigt från incheckning till utcheckning. Prisuppgifterna för rummen var inte lätta att förstå på er hemsida. Bokade ett dubbelrum av normal standard och fick en prisuppgift på 1400 kronor. Det tyckte vi var dyrt men eftersom det framstod som om det bara fanns ett rum kvar så tog vi det. Men det rum vi fick var inte värt några 1400 kronor vilket jag också uppmärksammade personal vid utcheckningen som såg att det måste vara fel. Vi fick priset reducerat till en rimlig nivå. Vi är vana hotelliggare.Tack för den här gången

Bra sängkomfort och god design. Utmärkt frukost, Fläckad handdukt med stora dammtussar på, satt på handdukstorkaren i badrummet samt avsedd dispenserer i duschkabinen var tom på schampo.

Mycket trevlig personal som ordnade så vi fick byta rum åt andra sidan när det visade sig att Hammerfall hade konsert på hotellet. Ordnade med bra parkering.Begränsat urval på maten på kvällen pga detta. Vi hade nog inte bokat detta hotel om vi vetat om konserten men tack vare att personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam så blev det bra i alla fall.

Hotellpersonalen var verkligen hjälpsamma. Önskar att det fanns dimbelysning på toaletten och att det gick att skrapa bort vattnet från golvet efter att jag duschat.
