This hotel is a comfortable and well located hotel about a 5-10 minute walk into the city and only 5 minutes from Central station. We found many of the hotels were very expensive in Stockholm. The breakfasts are very good and offer an amazing selection. Good value for money

Good room with a nice sight from the window,very good breakfast,quite good location not so far from main site seeings.

One day the room was cleaned only partly,it was obvious that cleaning was started and then left without completion.

Booking.com's support when arguing with the hotel.

I booked an executive room for a very high rate and what I received was a tiny room with space for only the bed, not the "spacious room" which was supposed to be an executive room. The room did not even have any shelves for the clothes. After phoning booking.com and complaining about the situation the hotel staff agreed to move us to another room, which was more in accordance with what we paid for: there was much more space, the bathroom had a bathtube and there were shelves to place the clothes. When we checked out the hotel staff refused to charge us the price of a standard room for the first night, and we had to pay as if we had stayed in an executive room.

clean, neat and tidy. room was small but the bead was very comfortable and shower was powerful.

This hotel was way more that I expected. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel looked and felt like an upscale hotel. I couldn't believe what price I paid for this place. Everything from breakfast was wonderful to the in hotel bar being Hip. Will definitely book here when I com back.

They didn't have complementary items if you forgot stuff. ie: razor, or toothbrush or tooth paste. All was only for-sale. Overall, I loved everything about this hotel.

Our room had two kettles but no tea or coffee. There was a container holder for a soap in the shower, placed on the wall and very easy to hit with an elbow. The pillows were not very comfortable.

Heating in room 102 did not work on the website it is stated that the price is per room but increased when a second person was added

They did discount for all the complaints breakfast was fair

Showers were out of action for a full day, rooms were not replenished, rated as a four star by you I have stayed in better three star hotels. Breakfast tables were never cleaned.

Rooms are minuscule and do not deserve a 4 star status: no decoration, basic furniture and lighting, tiny desk, ridiculously small bathroom and corridors look like those of a prison. Despite the pictures they display what you seen is not what you get. Lobby looks grand and fancy but rooms don't. Restaurant is very basic. Bad value for money

The staff was very helpful and service minded. There was a problem with my reservation but the receptionist helped me.

I had a small double room. It is very small but ok if your on a budget.

The hallways were in terrible shape. Looked more like some Sovjet Union interior. Really, really poorly kept. How difficult or costly is it to add some paint???? Compared to other hotels, breakfast was clearly below average. A small example, the fruit salad was the cheap type you buy on can. Probably full with sugar. Couldn't eat that. Another thing (hygiene aspect), they didn't have towels to protect the bread when slicing. So, all the guests grabbed the bread with their dirty hands... Sorry, couldn't eat the bread either... But maybe that's just me. No ironing possibility in the room (but, on the other hand, an ironing room on the 3rd floor which compensated.

I loved the lobby area, the deco was very nice and the bar area was great and spacious ! The spa area was very nice but they should have a host there to advice you and to hand in towels .In the room , the bedding and the decoration was nice and modern. The atmosphere in the bar area was excellent and the music also was good. The breakfast was excellent .

The location

The lobby is nice but the rest, the room is like a refugee camp. The bath tub everything is made of plastic. It's ok for budget travellers but if you are used to comfort, style and quality, this isn't your hotel.

Good staff

Bathroom was dated (old tiles). Not all lights worked. Bad desk (too high, with only stool, no chair), the WiFi is passwordless and fine but everytime your laptop or phone turns of its wifi antenna, and back on (power save) you have to go through the tedious 'get online' (7 clicks or so) procedure, very annoying. Always very busy at breakfast , hard to find a table.

Unfriendly breakfast service, 5 min. Over time they stand and wait and want to take the plates.... Why not shorten the breakfast time and let the people sit and let them eat like in other hotels.. The bathroom is over flooded after one shower, the glass doors have only one handle at the outside, big risk to jam/catch the fingers. The door felt even very unstable. The sink was big enough but total useless because the water tap was fixed/unmovable and took the halve space over the sink. The curtain rail was broken, just laid on the holders, when I closed the curtain for the shelf (what should be the cupboard) it was falling on me. The shelf was total worthless because they stored 3 ventilators there!! The room has ac.... The window curtains where hanging only on a few hooks... The designers had done a job but never lived in such a room.... Unpractical and the roomservice has a lot to do.
