Convenieint for the station. Clean I had emphatically booked a room with a bath but was allocated one with a shower. The receptionist immediately found me a room with a bath, but it was so tiny I could hardly sit in it. Also it had no plug. There was mould in the tiling. The sauna was shut. |

Overall clean, nice and clean sauna & fitness facility room small and old (many signs of use) for a high-priced superior room, shower was not working, noisy air conditioning. Although the staff was helpful when available, most of the time only one person was at the reception despite the long queue (20 mn waiting time at check in). |

Convenient location close to T-Central and city center. Sauna department excellent for brief relaxation. TV services had poor image quality and interactive services didn't work at all. |

There was a problem with the bath drain - there must have been some blockage. So my bathroom nearly flooded. The next morning the person who checked me out, she offered to deduct the cost of my beer I had the night before in the bar. This was a pathetic gesture and I had to suggest she discounted the room by one third the price - which still made the room too expensive given this very poor overall experience. Was she making fun of me - I found her suggestion of deducting the beer a total joke. When are staff going to get sensible and value their customers and realise that people deserve more respect and sincererity. Im very interested in how you deal with this now I have raised it as an issue.! |

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We especially liked the spa, the breakfast, and the location was excellent. The room and its furnishings were quite comfortable. |

Front desk people are very smart and smiling. Very good staff actually. yes, my minibar was never refilled (with water in particular). Unfortunatelly, during the 4 days there was always one lift which was not operating; This caused lot of jams in the lobby. The staircase was very narrow and unconvenient to use. I even think it would be a major pb in case of fire; |

good middle class hotel, rather unpersonal, close to the train station and the city centre. Very crowded, especially at the breakfast buffet. |

I find the design of hotel interiors quite nice. The location was perfect for my needs (conference). Not enough shelf space for cosmetics in bathroom and in general in the room. I missed more fruit and croissant for breakfast. |

Staff was very nice, especially male bartender in the hotel's lobby bar was very helpful. Also, bar had very good selection of special ales. Hotel was in short walking distance from the railway station and centrum. Room was nice but a bit "worn". Bathroom door didn't close properly, shower dripped and the air conditioner was a little too loud. Nothing major though. |

I appreciated the fitness center. Also liked the design in the reception hall and expected the same in the room. Unfortunatelly, the room was a bit under overage. |

Very comfortable room and helpful staff with a great location, once I worked out the geography and the transport systems The total chaos trying to get breakfast at the weekend with large tour groups and in general the rather surly approach of the breakfast staff But the staff at the bar were great |

Breakfest is very good. Loby is excellent. In Stockholm i was for bussiness so i did not spend much time in hotel. There is no area for smokers inside the hotel. I had to go outside the hotel to smoke. The weather was so bad on friday night, wind+snow and i saw other people in front of the hotel. It's not a good picture. |

The hotel is modern, bright and airy and the staff are very helpful. Also well located close to the station The tables in the main lounge/ reception area were a bit worn and tired looking. Otherwise OK. As residents, we could not be provided with any room or other dining service on New Years Eve, so we had to go without. |
