The hotel combines a pleasant lively location within 15 mins walk of the old town and with a Metro staiton next door with 1st rate Scandinavian design and comfort. |

good middle class hotel, rather unpersonal, close to the train station and the city centre. Very crowded, especially at the breakfast buffet. |

I find the design of hotel interiors quite nice. The location was perfect for my needs (conference). Not enough shelf space for cosmetics in bathroom and in general in the room. I missed more fruit and croissant for breakfast. |

Staff was very nice, especially male bartender in the hotel's lobby bar was very helpful. Also, bar had very good selection of special ales. Hotel was in short walking distance from the railway station and centrum. Room was nice but a bit "worn". Bathroom door didn't close properly, shower dripped and the air conditioner was a little too loud. Nothing major though. |

I appreciated the fitness center. Also liked the design in the reception hall and expected the same in the room. Unfortunatelly, the room was a bit under overage. |

Very comfortable room and helpful staff with a great location, once I worked out the geography and the transport systems The total chaos trying to get breakfast at the weekend with large tour groups and in general the rather surly approach of the breakfast staff But the staff at the bar were great |

Breakfest is very good. Loby is excellent. In Stockholm i was for bussiness so i did not spend much time in hotel. There is no area for smokers inside the hotel. I had to go outside the hotel to smoke. The weather was so bad on friday night, wind+snow and i saw other people in front of the hotel. It's not a good picture. |

The hotel is modern, bright and airy and the staff are very helpful. Also well located close to the station The tables in the main lounge/ reception area were a bit worn and tired looking. Otherwise OK. As residents, we could not be provided with any room or other dining service on New Years Eve, so we had to go without. |

The general class mood of the hotel and especially the very nice wooden hall. The bath tap was almost broken (problem with a pipe). But anyway, it was still possible to use it. |

Room was comfortable and exactly as described. Breakfast choice was good, tasty & filling - coffee (latte) from machine is delicious. Metro station right next to hotel and easy access to main shopping area. Only one elevator (from 3) goes to 7th floor, so most times it's quicker to get on/off at 6th floor and take stairs. |

The hotel bar and appearance within the lobby area. I think the room was a little on the small side, but this could be a Scandanavian characteristic. |
