Location is good, rooms are ok (but bathroom was quite small). Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I was there for only 2 days, but my room did not get cleaned or bed made up...

Located right next to a subway station. Quiet neighborhood Too many always and rooms and only one access to lifts.The reception area too big with a tv performing a fake fire place. Tiny bit tacky.

Small room for the overly expensive price. I had to remove the toilet rolls in order to be able to able on the toilet as it was a tiny bathroom I'm not a big person either! lamp switch broken and wires frayed, which looked dangerous. ironing board unstable as it was so old.

Great location, great breakfasts included. Bed comfortable and room clean and well furnished. Gym is pretty bare bones, not attractive. Room was good for one person, but a little small for two if traveling on business.

Centralt, supernära till tunnelbana, smidigt att parkera (I parkeringshuset blir det billigare än om man väljer hotellets) Frukosten var kärlekslös många saker men inget supersmarrigt. Trångt, stimmigt. Trist. Jag bodde på systerhotellet Reisen I Gamla Stan där var frukosten och miljön trevlig och bra personal, detta var inte alls samma sak, mer folk I omlopp och mer skolmatsal.

Välplanerat, trevligt rum. Bra läge i förhållande till Piperska, nära till tunnelbana, hyfsat pris (trots pågående matmässa). Någon slags firande pågick i foajén, vilket gjorde kommunikationen med personalen vid incheckning i det närmaste omöjlig p g a hög ljudnivå. Tur att jag inte hade frågor... :-)

Våra hotellkort fungerade inte på hele vistelsen. Vi fick mitt i natten när vi kom hem få hjälp av portiern för att komma in. han kunde inte heller med sitt kort utan fick leta eter nya batterier till dörren. Kom upp med fel första gången. Tråkigt

våran svit vad välligt fin , med egen balkong och bubbelpool. dricka vad framdukat med frukt när vi kom ny förlovade in. relax avdelningen vad härligt och frukosten god. personalen vänliga och snabba. hotellen var stor och många resenären men rummen vad välligt tysta. vi är nöjda och rekommedera varmast.
