This hotel had the best location in Gothenburg, next to the central station and all shopping areas.

Breakfast needs more choices of foods

The location is impecable. I had to take a train out of the city, and was coming back quite late, so I checked in before leaving and when my train arrived, I simply walked into the hotel, had a wonderful long bath and went to sleep. And the bathtub was a great plus too! After 9 hours of heavy walking...

A nice clean fresh hotel

We had to eat breakfast standing along the bar, because of overfilled restaurant!!!!

Clean shipshape hotel in the middle of gothenburg. Walkingdistance to most shops and sights. The hotel lies directly on the station but there is no noice at all.

That it was exactly as as good as the number of stars suggest.

Outside hotel could have been a bit cleaner, no drawers in rooms and lack of storage space.

At breakfast I had to search for 10 minutes to find a free table, staff just did not clear and clean tables. I had to ask one of the waitresses if she could clear a table. Staff could be more helpfull

Central location with very helpful staff

On New Years Eve the restaurant was closed instead the bar offered a menu including sandwiches. When we enquired about the menu we were advised that the only thing available was a schrimp sandwich. As I am vegetarian this was no good. When we asked if anything vegetarian could be made available we received a curt no. Knowing what was available in the kitchen (breakfast on new years day was extensive) the lack of willingness to even try to accomodate the request was disappointing.

Kind of cool location, within the Central Railway station.

It was kind of OK.

everything was great but the shower was the sad part. You had water all ower the floor. Breakfast even for me, who can´t take any milk products. Thank you!

It's a very good hotel. It's located in the building of Central station - in the middle of the sity. My room was very large and comfortable with large bad and large bathroom. Very good breakfast. veru nice staff. there is wellness center.

I liked the spacious rooms, the location (very central and yet completely quiet inside). I also liked the little touches like the bio-degradable toiletries. The sauna is wonderful and staff very friendly. Wifi worked well.

My room looked out over the courtyard, which meant I didn't really have a view which was a shame. Also, I wasn't very impressed with the breakfast and the coffee (only normal coffee; the cappuchino machine didn't work). Very few non-swedish tv channels.

Possibly, the best location a hotel can have (right in the central station). Very convenient to get from/to the airport shuttle (flygbussarna). Shopping centers (Nordstan) are close. I liked the room which was clean and bright. The hotel design is consistent and appealing. Breakfast was really good. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a highly recommended hotel.

Although wireless had reception in the room it did not always work.
