Receptionist - he was friendly and helpful Rooms are ugly and the standard of bathroom is horrible. This can be 2 star hotel maximum! No value for money!

Located near center of town and next to river. Nice complementary breakfast. Paid parking is a block away (5 minutes walk) from hotel.

Läget var mkt bra, eftersom det var en nöjestripp med shopping. Stort o bra rum. Väldigt störande musik från nattklubben på natten. Skulle använda bastun, men den var I riktigt ofräscht skick, så vi hoppade över det. (Tydligen ngt "grabbgäng" enl receptionen, som varit där innan oss och grisat ner ganska ordentligt.)

Trevilgt bemötande, hjälpsamm personal Saknade aircondition då det var för varmt I rummet. Att ha fönstret öppet hjälpte föga. Ganska högljutt ute men det kan bero på Tall Ships Races.

Perfekt läge mitt I Halmstad med närhet till restauranger och affärer. Ca 7 - 10 km till underbara stränder, östra stranden och framförallt Tylesand. Frukost fram till klockan 11.00 är perfekt. Det enda som var negativt var att det var varmt på rummet.

Om man gillar liv och rörelse,dag som kväll,uteserveringar för mat och party,då är det här du ska bo.Då det är beläget vid Norreport,har du allt det för dina fötter.Superservice och bra frukost.Återkommer gärna.

Mycket tjänstvillig personal i receptionen. Ordnade byte av rum då vi vid ankomsten önskade byta från bottenvåning till högre upp i byggnaden för att kunna sova för öppet fönster då luftkonditionering saknas i byggnaden. Personalen stod till tjänst med svar på alla frågor kring vistelsen i Halmstad vilket underlättade mycket. Trevlig personal på alla positioner i hela hotellet.

Urusel service. Man hade svårt att se gästens behov och hafsade när nycklar skulle delas ut osv. Påtalade en rad direkta fel. Möttes med oförstående. Skulle inte rekommendera detta till en ovän.

Jag hade genom booking.com blivit lovad ett hotellrum som var 35m2 och något sådant fanns helt enkelt inte på hotellet. Det var ett enkelrum superior jsom jag bokade genom er sajt och denna rumstyp fanns alltså inte. Det ingick vidare en internetuppkoppling men när jag checkade in var det ingen som frågade om jag behövde den (vilket man lätt glömmer själv) och därför var jag tvungen att gå ner till receptionen igen för att hämta en. Sådant tycker jag de ska fråga när man checkar in för det är såpass vanligt idag att man behöver det.

Ligger centralt, lätt att parkera i närheten. Smutsigt och slitet rum, trådslitna handdukar, smutsig filt på sängen, hårstrån på golvet, fläckiga väggar, solkigt och sjaskigt. Mögel på bord bredvid säng, växte hår! Helt otroligt dålig frukost buffé.

Att det låg nära och bra till för den aktiviteten som vi hade. Trevlig atsmofär, mycket god mat på The fox and anchor. En mycket avkopplande och skön miljö. Passade våra behov perfekt!
