I was very pleased with the morning buffet, the room was very clean and the week I stayed was very comfortable. The location is close to the train & bus station and lots of resteraunts close by. The price was amazing. |

I did like the location of this hotel and the restaurant on the 23rd floor with the wonderful view of the lake and harbor. The hallways on the floor where we were located had dirty, old carpeting. But the lobby was nice and the hotel room was acceptable. |

We liked the huge room and the elevator The staff was not so friendly. When we checked out, they didn't asked if we liked the hotel. We just had to sign a paper and no friendly word to us. Also at breakfast the waitress didn't say a word when we entered the breakfast room. Years ago, it must have been a nice luxury hotel but in the year 2009 you expect a much more refurbished room:carpets that were worn and stained, these all made a bad impression in the room.The bathroom:the taps in the bathroom needed new washers. The toilet ring seat looked very old and had yellow spots on it. The room was very very tired. |

Restaurant very good , bar very good and breakfast excellent, Have stayed before and will stay again. Location just right for me and good value. Hotel is a little tired and not as well kept as more upmarket hotels , ie scuff marks and generally slighty untidy look . Fibreglass Sinks in bathrooms have burn marks from cigarettes , but toilets and showers funtion well. Rooms are a little dated. |

The hotel had everything..... so I didnt have to go anywhere....good bar, restaurant, spa and sauna, great views and shopping all under one roof....And close to airport and all transport.....great value. |

All inclusive price reasonable good value price, b' fast, internet, I would have liked parking at more competitive rate 120 Skr for 18 hours high for Vasteras. |

Friendly staff central location excellent spa sauna, large spacious room Carpet was really dirty and sink was badly cracked and worksurface unpleasantly stained. Tea making facilites but no milk or normal tea bags only raspberry? |

Personalens flexibilitet och service-mindade inställning. Vänligt bemötande. Bra läge och god, omfattande frukost. Det fanns ingen extra utrustning på rummet, inget strykjärn, ingen mini-bar. En liten tv med icke-fungerande fjärrkontroll. Långa väntetider vid hissarna. |
