Location. Great view. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Good-sized room.

Both in the room and in the lobby from time to time an odd, not very clean or pleasant odour wafted in.

Great location.

We had a superior room which was so small that I cannot imagine the size of an ordinary room. The bathroom was so tiny that one person could hardly move.

The old part of Stockholm is beautifull

I has a very big and sharp lamp from the bi-street directly infront of my window in room 109 (2-3 meters away), had to have the curtains drawn, anyway the small street had none view, and there was a loud beeping several times during the nightime for "backing" trafic/truck, very noisy little bi-street.

The room was very small. Loud trafic at night. The hotel looks exclusive from the outside but comming to the room you get dissapointed. It seems worn down and is not worth the 2. 700,00 i paid for room 109.

Executive room is really nice, cute and spacious. Breakfast is also very good: restaurant's windows are large and expose beautiful view of the Bay.

Staff very friendly and happy to help. Sauna really nice. Breakfast excellent.

1. Room is not comfortable- a lot of problems with light and sanitary engineering. 2. The location is really in the old town, but it is better to live in a modern hotel for less money near T- Centralen

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Location, location, location - loved being in Gamla Stan as this was our first visit to Stockholm. Handy to everything we wanted to do. The breakfasts were phenomenal, staff was very accommodating. Rooms were small but comfortable.

Good location, harbour view from my room, quiet at night, very good breakfast buffet but this is hardly a surprise in scandinavia, and it does cost a bit.

High prices which seems unjustified, despite the usual "scandinavian high standards and labour cost" explanation. Tha bathroom, very clean, smelled of sulfur/rotten eggs from both sink and tub. It was a real nuisance but on a fine day, I could open the windows. I would have complained on a winter day.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet consisted of a good quality range. Fresh and contemporary design and furnishings. Great location in old part of town, close to many attractions and a wide variety of restaurants.

No fitness site on premises. Simpler WiFi access without needing to sign up to a registration.

Excellent breakfast choice and quality. Hotel in a good location for visiting Stockholms sights & islands. Overpriced in common with Stockholm in general.

There was not an extensive à la carte menu as still claimed by the hotel, just a limited but expensive bar menu. Generally the ambience, including bedroom, was too dull to read. Limited public areas. Access by steps, so not good for the less mobile or with heavy baggage.

An excellent location at the wharf in Gamla Stan. The reception staff is excellent but the cleaning service needs improvement. A request to Clen Room Now was ignored and the room was still not cleaned when we returned 6 hours later. The need for shampoo etc and clean towels was difficult. The cleaners themselves did not speak Swedish, English, Spanish, Italian but I suspect only some Asian dialect.
