Location The room was not as nice as I expected for this standard of hotel, there were some faults that we complained about, problems with the bathroom. |

Excellent location,and good breakfast. The entrance of the hotel is small and doorsteps.It was inconvenient for us (one of us is a old woman with stick) to enter with heavy luggage.This hotel is a 5 stars.Therefore it is necessary to reconstruction or a door man is there. |

The hotel is in city center and all attractions and restaurants are on the walking distance. The room and the bathroom are too small for five star hotel. Hotel presentation on the web site is far away from the real condition inside the hotel. |

I have stayed here a few times, and I not only find it convenient, but the staff are always really helpful especially at the front desk, rooms are all OK, lovely location, a bit of a favourite. |

Quiet Hotel Inside. Helpful Staff. Good food, excellent breakfast. Perfect location for seeing Old Stockholm, and only 10 minute walk to tube for the rest of Stockholm Noisy ouside early in the morning, though this may have been unlucky as room overlooked side street where bin lorry collected in morning. |

My first Stay in Stockholm, got my booked waterfront view which is really great. Free Wifi always appreciated. Room was a bit small, bathroom is tiny, for one night doing business its OK, unfortunately not a 5***** level, but I liked my stay in this hotel anyway. Bathroom is so small, while sitting on toilet you can hurt yourself by sharp toilet paper holder, sorry, but this is not 5***** bathroom ! |

very conveniently embedded in the Old Town, beautiful waterfront setting, handy to ferries and 5-10 minute taxi from central station. comfortable. ambience and decor blended the old nautical with sleek modern. underground cellar pool was not heated (it was a sauna-plunge-pool!); no tea/coffee making facility in room; restaurant was combined with the bar/disco and not restful at dinnertime for the weary traveller, but otherwise had great menu and reasonable prices; |
