Hotelroom - small, very modest (single bed, poor mattress), toilet seat wasn't clean!!! (yak)

Friendly staff, nice restaurant with nice food and very friendly staff!

The hotel should to have some upplifting about bathrooms etc.

The location.

The decoration is old, and not in the charming way but just unfresh. Perhaps it was nice 30 years ago. A fan in the bathroom woke me up a couple of times during the night. The keycard was broken from long use. This was not worth its price.

The juniorsuite.

It was cold in the reception/bar area. Dark room.

I did not like anything about this hotel. I do not believe it was a 4 star. Services and facilities were poor.

THe room size, the style, the hotel condition, the lack of services, no food, no room services, no kitchen after 10:30 even though I arrived after that there was no food available, the room was cold and there no heating. Staff did not have any heaters to provide and told me to wait until morning.

Old looking bathroom, extremely poor shower. Mold in the shower stall. No hangers except for skirts. Extremely poor breakfast. Tasteless, cheapest kind of ingredients used. Settled finally for a cup of coffee and some fruit.

Located near the city center

The first room smelled realy bad. Next room poorly cleaned, toenails on the floor for example. Very warm at the nights, lots of noise from 4 lane road. The elevator stopped, with us inside. No bread at breakfast sunday. Problems with the computer network at the checkout.

The restaurant was dirty and because of this did not enjoy the breakfast. The room was hot with no air conditioning. The breakfast food was average. It was horrible being in the wing where you had to walk under a tunnel to get to it.

My room was a previous smoking one and was not properly sanitized after that and still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Vi är helnöjda. Kommer att besöka er igen.

Läget

Varför, som vanligt, behöva vänta på kvitto vid utcheckning. Varför kan det inte skickas via mail eller mms.Det skulle minska kötiderna.

Bra läge nära centrum.

Rummen är slitna och möblerna solkiga.

Varmt och väldigt dålig luft på rummet

Trevlig personal. Bra mat.

Att det är lite vilseledande med gym. Det är inte fri tillgång utan bara tillgängligt om ingen annan är där.

Mycket god frukost

Byt gärna ut huvudkuddarna. De fick man jaga i sängen som blöt tvål.

Inredningen på rummet, rent och fräscht överallt. Fina badrum.

Restaurangen med högst begränsat utbud av maten. Väldigt lite a la carte. Det spelades reklamradio på hög volym under middagen på fredagkväll.

Bra centralt läge. Utmärkt frukost.

Kunde ha varit lite fräschare rum. Sängen uttjänt.

Nära till Sundsvalls city med shopping och restauranger samt casinot. Lugnt och rymligt utrymme vid frukosten.

För varmt inne på rummet. Gick inte att reglera själv. Lite väl slitna möbler och inredning vid frukosten.

Att vi fick vänta på städningen av rummet 20 min. Bilderna på hemsidan av rummen är dåliga. Samma bild på flera rum.
